+ -1 moreTracy Grandt did an excellent job repairing some major damage to our manufactured home caused by roof leaks and age of the home. There was a lot of work involved and Tracy completed the entire project in about one week and at a very fair price. I would definitely use "The Original Handyman" again and would highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Fixed two roof leaks, repaired ceiling and wall gypsum board damage, replaced shower/tub in one bathroom.

+ 0 moreThe work was of high quality, fast, and efficient. They not only fixed the main problem of the door not latching, but did "extra" by oiling the hinges and digging out the ground to allow the door to fully swing open. The workers were very friendly and even gave me a quote on another project while they were on site. I gave a "B" for responsiveness because I called one afternoon and left a message but did not hear back from them. However, they did answer when I called a second time the next morning and they even fit in the job on the same day. Overall, I was very pleased with their work.
Description of Work: Repaired a wooden fence gate. The weight of the door had caused miss-alignment and the gate would no longer latch. The Original Handyman readjusted the door and added another hinge so that it would latch properly. They also oiled the hinges and dug out some of the ground so that the gate would fully swing open.

Description of Work: We contacted them for a really odd job - a basketball hoop panel which had been installed on the wall and was falling off. Even though it was not a straightforward problem to fix, they did a great job.
