Description of Work: Spearman cleaned up my front and back yard after the winter doldrums and did a fantastic job. They were professional and efficient and the results were wonderful. Admitedly, we are doing a year-long restoration so need to re-evaluate each season. They are scheduled this month to pick up where we left off. Given that we are dealing with living/growing things, I feel it is important to constantly make appropriate adjustments. Jacob Spearman is native to this exact location and understands that so can make intelligent and informed decisions and suggestions. Problem is, he is VERY busy. If you understand this, hire him. You will not be disappointed.

 + -1 moreI had just had new sod installed, only to discover my sprinkler system was not properly functioning. Mr. Spearman and his associate responded to my urgent plea for quick service since I did not want to let the new sod dry out. They arrived ON TIME, went quickly to work, made adjustments and replaced some malfunctioning sprinkler heads, and had my system working correctly in short order. His prices were reasonable, they were professional, did not tear up my yard doing their work, and I would DEFINITELY use them again and refer others to him.
Description of Work: Needed sprinklers adjusted/replaced.

 + -1 moreSprinkler head had blown off. Called and left a message Monday afternoon. Call was returned the next day. He was available Wednesday or Thursday morning at 9:00 am before I went to work so I scheduled it for Thursday morning. Jacob Spearman is quite thorough in inspecting the entire system. I was unaware of the other problems - one head was leaking. My dog runs along the fence and keeps breaking off the sprinkler heads along there. Mr. Spearman installed swing joints that are flexible so they will withstand bumps into them and not break off as easily. I had used Spearman Irrigation a year ago and was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. He explains what needs to be done and proceeds with the work when given the go ahead.
Description of Work: Inspection of irrigation system, replaced 2 pop-up heads, 1 rotor head, and 3 swing joints. 1 hour labor.
