Screen Pros

The original install was for the most part ok. They showed up late and forgot one of my screens but did drop it off within a week so i wasnt too upset. However within a month one of the screens on the second stroy of my house came loose and was hanging out away from the window. I called the owner Greg Weimer and asked him if he could send someone to fix it as i didnt have an extension ladder to get up there myself .He assured me he would have it fixed quickly. I waited a week and when i didnt hear back from him I called back. He told me someone would be in my area in the next day or two and it would be resolved. When several more days passed i called back. I left several messages over the next two weeks. I finally became irrate and called him over 15 times one evening until he finally answered me. When he did answer he acted like he couldnt remeber who I was. When I went over the details again he said he had been out of town on vacation and thought it had been resolved. I didnt buy that story as I had left him several meesages to the contrary. He assured me he was driving home from vacation as we spoke and he would personally be out the next day to fix it. The next day came and went with no one showing up and no courtesy call explaing why. So I called him again and again he did not answer me. I borrowed a friends phone and called him and low and behold i got him on second ring. I told him who I was and again it seemed to take him a minute to remeber me. I asked him why he didnt show and he said he started to come then remebered he didnt have an extension ladder at his house and he would send his crew out the next day for sure. Again they did not show nor call. At this point i came to the conclusion that he was just jerking me around and had no intention of coming. I noticed several of my neighbors with his sign in their yard and new sloar screens on their house and he had not once come by to fix my hanging screen on the front of my house. So i had a friend come over and get up on his ladder and put screws in the screen and went on with life. About a month later I noticed one of the lower screens was coming apart, The screen material was seperating from the frame. This was not something I could not fix. I called Greg again and reminded him of the prior problem that he never fixed and asked him as nicely as i could muster to please stand behind his warranty and resolve it for me. He told me the crew was going to be one street over the following day doing 4 jobs and he would send them by to pick up the defective screen. I informed him it was on the back of the house and i would have to grant them access so could he have them text me as i worked just 15 min away and would come meet them. He told me no that wasnt necessary as they would be there all day. No one showed and i drove around my small neighborhood and didnt see them. So i called back. Again he acted like he wasnt sure who i was at first but then rememebered and again said the crew would be there the following day. So on my lunch break i drove home and around my neighborhood. No sign of them. I called he didnt answer. I had a friend call and he answered and he told me he would be on down the road at 3 that same day so again i took off work and went home to meet him. At 3:45 i called him and asked if he was still coming. He told me he had forgot about it but was turning around as he was only 2 exits past my house. 15 min latter he called to say traffice was too much for him and for me to just take the screen off and leave it on my porch and he would get it one day. I said you are right down the road and i have taken off work can you please come get this thing. I cant believe how horrible your ccustomer service is. He told me he wasnt gonna listen to me anymore and hung up. At 10pm i received a text from him saying he had come by to get the screen and it wasnt on the proch to put it back and he would pick it up one day. I had been home that whole afternoon, my truck was in the driveway i had my gate open and the screen stayed on my porch till after 6 when i decided to put it back on the house.This company litterally has a tailight warranty. Once they have your money you will never get them back out to stand behind their product. I am going to be forced to either pay get my screen fixed or sue this guy to get him to do it. I feel terrible that i allowed him to put a sign in my yard those first few days and now several of my unsuspecting neighbors have fallen vistim to this guy.
