Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on a skylight. I was charged a service fee for someone to come out and look at where I wanted it. He said that he would have to get a framer and come back with him in a week or two. That time passed so I called and was told to be patient and that they were working on it. It is now 3 to 4 months later and I still never heard back. I am still without a skylight
