 + -1 moreI had to call a couple times after my first phone consultation to get scheduled for the repair. Once he arrived, the work went fast and was very good.
Description of Work: Remove leaking chimney and cover hole with new roofing. Stove fireplace will be removed later and interior ceiling repaired. Bob Sandinista recommended another business to do this.

 + -1 moreI called him in the morning and he happened to have a break so he was able to come right over and completely redo the patch. He showed me where it would have leaked had I not called him. He supplied all the materials and had the job done by eleven o'clock. I could not have been happier with the result. I highly recommend Bob Santini. He is cheerful and professional and a pleasure to work with
Description of Work: He repaired a hole in my roof left by the removal of a woodstove chimney pipe. My brother had patched it, but I felt like it would leak, so I called Bob Santini, who I had met a year earlier when he was referred to me for an estimate. The earlier job was not his bailiwick so I didn't end up using him for that, but I was so impressed with Bob, that I called him for this roof repair.

 + -1 moreBob Santini is the nicest, most honest man you will ever meet. He works right alongside one other crew member so you can be sure he is paying attention to the quality of work. It takes more than one day, but it's worth it. I would not use anyone else.
