HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff were not only professional , knowledgeable, efficient and timely, but they were kind, considerate, friendly and fair. They explained everything they were doing and even drew me a diagram to help me understand the system and issues. They also gave me a folder with all the paperwork to keep in my files! There are other companies in town but I've used Morgan A/C twice now and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Really impressed with this company. They're not in the business of selling you an HUAC system you don't need. Today we had a severe A/C problem and Adam returned our call for assistance within an hour, sending a technician, RJ, out to our house the same afternoon. RJ performed an expert diagnosis and dealt with the problem, a clogged overflow pipe in the attic, situated in a tight space almost impossible to access. The cost for his arduous labor and the repair was very reasonable, in fact, surprisingly reasonable. Just an awesome company.

We were told we may need a new coil/AC unit by another HVAC company. We called Morgan to get a second opinion. They promptly came out that morning. The problem turned out to be a faulty control board that made the fan run all the time, making it humid when the compressor wasn't on. The humidity was not due to a coil issue. He fixed this the same day within an hour or two, and it has been working well! He saved us a bundle. The other company was also overcharging for all they did or would do.

They were very punctual and quick but the employees had a disagreement and let it happen in front of the customer.

Called Mr Morgan on Sunday morning, he showed up 25 mins later. Fixed the problem and added the freon once he determined the levels were low. Very knowledgeable and courteous. A few months ago, my upstairs A/C unit malfunctioned (see previous review). When my downstairs A/C unit stopped working today (a rainy Saturday), I called Mr. Morgan, owner of Morgan Air Conditioning, and he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He immediately evaluated the outside A/C unit and determined that the unit had no power signal. He evaluated my inside furnace/AC unit and determined that the unit's drain pan and quot;emergency switchand quot; had been and quot;trippedand quot; by an accumulation of water in the pan. He located the source of the problem and cleaned out the clogged pipes causing the issue. He then vacuumed the water out of the pan and replaced the drain pan switch to its proper place. Mr. Morgan is the consummate professional and always promptly responds to emergency calls. His prices are competitive, and usually much lower than any other A/C company in the area. I have used several A/C companies in the area before, and Morgan A/C is, by far, the best in the area.

It went well, especially since he responded on a weekend, late in the day, and rescued the situation with a house full of guests.

Mr. Pete Morgan is a consummate professional and extremely trustworthy and reliable. He and his company always act in the customer's interest, and never make unnecessary repairs or recommendations. I HIGHLY recommend Morgan A/C and Reclamation, Inc. Details: I called Barker's Heating and Cooling late on a Friday evening (after hours). Our upstairs air conditioning unit stopped working and the Texas heat in late June made the situation urgent. In less than an hour, I received a call from Josh, Barker's repair technician. Josh arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite and very professional. Josh evaluated the unit and said that several electronic parts were not working. He replaced those parts and then attempted to restart the unit. The attempt failed. Josh then declared that the compressor was and quot;locked upand quot; and was and quot;bad.and quot; He said that the compressor needed replacing, but that the cost of the compressor and parts would be so significant that, given the age of the unit (11 years), he recommended replacing the whole unit. I was reluctant, but agreed to schedule a salesman to give us a bid the next day. Josh charged $138 for the service call. After Josh left, I called two other companies to schedule bids to replace my outside air conditioning unit. These companies were Morgan Air Conditioning and Reclamation, Inc. and Climate Doctors of BCS. The next morning, Pete Morgan, owner of Morgan Air Conditioning, arrived at 10:30 a.m. He offered to evaluate the equipment free of charge before giving me a bid. Mr. Morgan thoroughly evaluated the entire system and concluded that the equipment was easily repairable. He replaced three pieces of electronic equipment (one in the attic unit), and the unit began working. He diagnosed a slightly low freon problem, replaced the freon and suggested that I wait to evaluate replacing the unit(s) until the fall. I called the two other companies to cancel the bids and began enjoying cool air again.

The job began in the morning and was finished by early afternoon. The workmen cleaned up after themselves. The job was a bit over the estimate, but only by a couple hundred dollars. Not much when you are dealing with several thousand. Everything went just as expected, and the efficiency of the new units is just what I was told it would be. We have had no problems.

Checked Angie's list and picked out this company. When I called I would have to wait until Monday, so I went back to the list. The second company I called had to check with a tech and call me back (call at 10AM). At 3PM I called to check what they had found and got voice mail with no one in the office. Called back to Morgan and was put on their list for 10:30 Monday morning. The unit was built in 1997 so we figured we would need a new one. The repair man drove up at 9:50. He checked the unit and it needed cleaning for a start which he did. He then took the time to show us how to use a power hose to clean and where the re-set button was located so that in the future we could do the cleaning. He checked our A/C ducts to make sure cool temperatures were coming out all of them, answered all questions we had and was very professional. About an hour later I noted water on my bathroom wall and could find no reason for it unless there was a drain overflow problem. I called the office and the repairman came back to check the problem. He blew out the drain tube which corrected the problem. The fee for all work done was the charge for a service call. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone needing their type service.

He did a thorough job, explained what needs to happen to correct the duct work so it will distribute the air more evenly. He was honest, friendly, and professional. He did not charge us for the estimate. The price for the work it will entail was reasonable. We will use him in the fall to do the work when the weather is more suitable for our area.

The first time, the A/C unit was good for about 2 weeks, but water pan overflowed again. Morgan came out the same day we reported the leak and has been working most of the afternoon.

We called as soon as we noticed the upstairs rug was damp near the AC unit. Morgan came the same day, cleaned out the clogged ducts, and solved the issue efficiently.

Excellent, professionel and speedy installers. Mr. Pete Morgan came to inspect the job upon completion. We would recommed this company to anyone without hesitation. Very honest and upstanding business policies. We are enjoying the comfort of their hard work. .

Everything was completed and service was exceptional.

Called Morgan A/C on their emergency line on a Monday night at 9:30 pm, after my tenant experienced the A/C not working. They responded right away and showed up in 20 minutes. After finding the problem, they called and told me exactly how much it would cost and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. My tenants and I were both very pleased with the speed and responsiveness, much less the price, which was fair for a late night, emergency call. I will definitely use them again and am very pleased! **UPDATE** The A/C drain line clogged again, leading to another service call. Mr. Morgan again responded promptly, and said that the problem was with the secondary drain line clogging, leading to a cut off switch shutting down the system. Mr. Morgan not only came out on a Saturday, he fixed the problem and showed me how to keep it from happening again, even though the problem was a design problem from when the condominium was built, and was not properly engineered to begin with. After providing the fix, showing me how to prevent it, and spending about an hour of time and providing approximately $20 worth of parts, Mr. Morgan DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work, as they had been out twice before, and he was more interested in my satisfaction than charging me for more work. He is a true professional and I appreciated his attitude of good customer service. Morgan A/C is the only company I plan to use in College Station for my future A/C work, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Once again, Morgan A/C proved why they are THE ONLY A/C COMPANY I will work with in College Station. My tenants had an A/C failure and called me on a Sunday. Technician John, came out that day and looked it over, but couldn't fix the entire problem. The next day, Mr. Morgan came and found the problem was a broken wire, only, once again proving their integrity and honesty as the charge was only for a service call ($92.50) even though they were there both Sunday and Monday. Morgan A/C will be my ONLY A/C company in College Station, and they should be yours too. I wish more companies had the integrity of this one!

They guy who came was very professional and nice. He was very polite and finished the work quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future. The price they charged me was average.

I could not believe how fast they were working. They were very professional, and everything was installed well. I even had the work checked just to make sure everything was fine, and it was. The entire experience was excellent.

The freon was added and I am looking forward to (perhaps) buying a new system from them.

The previous weekend found my family with an A/C unit that was not operating correctly. This morning I called Morgan's AC due to the reviews on this website. The women who answered the phone was professional and polite. The tech that responded to my residence was prompt and courteous. He listened to my description of the problem, as well as my untrained and non-professional diagnosis of the AC unit's problem. H said he would check for what I thought it was and conduct an overall inspection of the system. He was thourough in his inspection and professional in his conduct. The problem turned out to be not what I had diagnosed, which would have cost hundreds of dollars, but a simple fix with the digital/programmable thermostat in my home. Everything was fixed with only the cost of a basic service fee. This company will receive my patronage in the future.

I called the office and a lady answered. She was nice and took my name, number and address. Within 15 minutes Mr. Morgan called and talked to me personally. I explained the problem and he told me right away what he thought it was. He let me know what time he would be here that day. He asked if someone would be home when he came that it would be necessary. He arrived with in 15 minutes of the time he said he would be there. He was very nice and looked professional. He did wear a uniform with his name on the shirt. The truck he arrived in had "Whatever it takes" on the side. We talked about my system and then he checked it out. He called my name and I went back to the front where he told me what was wrong. He didn't even have to go somewhere to get a part. He had it on his truck and fixed the condensing motor. Even with checking the whole system and doing the repair, he was there just over an hour. He didn't leave until he made sure it was working well. I would highly recommend Mr. Morgan and his company. I think I will call him when I need to replace my system.
