Personal furniture was used as material storage and for cutting items with the chop saw. Numerous chairs were scratched. Dishwasher was broken during process and had to be replaced at the homeowners expense. Alcohol was involved by workers. Contractor purchased 83 scratches tiles out of 86 total back splash tiles knowingly and homeowner had to take back to exchange. Pictures of issues have been uploaded for review. Owner refused to contact homeowner after numerous attempts through email and txt messages. Asked the owner and project manager for a materials list that was used and they refused to provide anything.

There are many issues with this job: Paint is peeling all over the home. The paint is peeling because there was oil paint that was on the wall that was not prepped properly for the water based paint they put on top. You just touch the paint and it just comes right off. They also painted the kitchen cabinets and the paint is still on the cabinets it is just really streaky and missing spots. In the family room, there is a spot in the living room that the carpet does not match. The living room carpet has been pieced together. It is noticeable that the piece of carpet does not belong. In the kitchen there was grout smear along the back splash, the back splash is natural stone with tiny pieces. The grout is smeared in many places. Mr. Millis, the owner, sent out the painter to look at the project. I called the painter and had him come out and looked at the job. Mr. Millis told him to use the paint that was given to him. As stated above those walls were not prepped properly. In regards to the carpet, Mr. Millis said that the carpet that is different in the family room is from the vacuuming from the cleaning service. There is also carpet strands pulling up near the walls he is also claiming this is from the cleaning company. Carpet is meant to be vacuumed. In reference to the back splash, Mr. Millis told the person who installed the back splash to use grout to try and hide the gaps in between the pieces. Mr. Millis told me that I would need to hire a painter to fix the paint job. I would need to pay for the labor and paint myself. I would also need to find someone to fix the carpet. Mr. Millis has stopped responding to my text messages and calls.

Provider is articulate and punctual. He does what he promises, and quality of work is very good-excellent. Chase is a construction student at Texas A&M, and is following in his father's footsteps in home construction and remodeling. His father's business is very successful, and as such, Chase has access to excellent work crews to fulfull the obligations. He is a fine Christian young man, with a bright future, and we recommend his company highly.
