Description of Work: Replaced tubing on dryer. The part took over a month to be delivered, no fault of installer. The part was not available in the U.S. Only fault I had was I would have appreciated if the installer had thought to ask if I wanted to clean the floor where water had been or if I could have cleaned the dryer where water had been.

Description of Work: Repaired washing machine. It had a bad lid switch and Jim replaced it. |He worked quickly and did good quality work. |Jim is always friendly. |I trust him to do only what's needed and not overcharge for it.

Description of Work: Repair of garbage disposal

Description of Work: The cold water flow was trickling into the tub. Jim diagnosed that problem was with the cold water valve that the hose was connected to and not the washing machine. So I had a plumber replace that and then it still did not work . I contacted Jim shortly and he told me it could be the sensor for the inlet valve and he told me how to check it out to see if that was the problem by switching the hoses and turning the temperature control to warm or hot. Well that was the problem. I called Jim back and he told me it would cost another service charge plus the part which he inflated to more than 100% to fix, so I ordered the part for 25 dollars and my husband installed it.
