Very disappointed in results. He was not at all responsive to our concerns and did not honor his "Satisfaction Guarantee" or one year "Plant Warranty". Some of the plants were very poor quality and died right away; were not new nursery stock. He did not respond to my request for replacements for these inferior plants. Some of our original plants were salvaged for re use. However they were so mangled up in the process they do not look like they will live. Of the major plantings in his original plan, he switched out about 1/3 without our prior approval. The original design was not followed and the plants were placed randomly for a very hodge podge look. When I asked about the difference in cost due to these replacements, he said "trust me" but would not provide a final accounting to support his final bill. What ever you do, DO NOT pay the final bill without a complete accounting of all changes. We have a lot of shade in our yard and expressed concerns that some of the plants would not thrive due to lack of direct sun. He claims to be a master certified nursery professional and said "trust me , I know what I am doing". He does not appear to be who he claims. The certifying association in Austin, the TNLA, did not currently list him as either "certified" or "master certified" and could not confirm his credentials. We should have checked this guy out better on the front end. That was our mistake. Be very careful with this provider. Whatever you do, do not pay final bill until you are totally satisfied.
Description of Work: Entire yard makeover front and back at a 50 year old house in the country.

Very professional and friendly. Bryan really has a talent for design and placement as well as which plants and trees will work best. It was fun to work with him on this big project. We even have a raised vegetable garden that has a great looking fence and gate, dividing it from the rest of the backyard. First rate service and we highly recommend Bryan!
Description of Work: Provided landscape design and complete landscaping, irrigation, guaranteed plants for the backyard and spruced up existing landscaping in the front yard. Cost included extension of concrete and staining of concrete (done by a partnering contractor).

Heirloom Landscaping Services provided a prompt and professional consultation and estimate. The owner was honest and respectful to every member of our family as his team worked each day. Heirloom gave us the landscaping we hoped for without the hefty price. It is truly a family business that we have enjoyed working with to complete our project.
Description of Work: This provider completely planned and replaced our landscaping for our front and side yards. He also had installed quality irrigation from his partner irrigation provider.

He was very nice and took the time to go over things and changed the things we didn't like. He was very accommodating. He did a good job. He was friendly and outgoing. He was very helpful.
Description of Work: We totally had all the landscaping redone and we used Heirloom Landscaping. He finished up on Wednesday. The nursery at Lowes recommended him. He tore out all the old landscaping and all the dead grass and designed the flower beds and put all the plants in. He laid the sod and put in a playground area for the swing sets. He just totally redid everything.
