I had been a customer for years when money was stolen from my house. The police could not determine which of the 4 employees at my house that day took the money, so the owner refused to reimburse me for my loss.

Barbara the owner, contacts me a couple of days ahead of the scheduled appointment to confirm a time when her service representatives will arrive at my home to clean. Each contact is always friendly, fast and courteous. She sends two ladies to my house and they spend 2 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Each visit is professionally cared for and with trust worthy personnel. The same 2 ladies always show up on time and I feel extremely comfortable with allowing them into my house when I am not there. The service representatives use my chemicals and cleaning utensils which allows for a seamless quality of work completed.

Domestic Services was recommended by a friend who had used them for years. They sent two women from January 18 throughJuly 19.. The average charge was $100.00 each time. During this time they sent seven different women. Iat was like starting anew every other time. I did not think that they were well trained and asked the owner if they were newly hired. The owner called on the day before they were to come and I told her that I was not pleased with the service. Example: I asked that they clean the baseboards and was told "we don' do baseboards." The last time that I talked to the owner I suggested that she come by my house to check my needs and was told that she did not have time. That is when we both decided to terminate their service.

They come every two weeks. They are very good, thorough and always on time. I have used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.
