+ -1 moreDan has the utmost integrity and I've never been more satisfied with a remodel or work performed on our 3700 square foot older home. He made cost saving recommendations, supervised his workers, kept in contact, kept expenses down, and got it done in record time. He cared about our issues. In the middle of the job we had an AC/plumbing issue come up and neither my plumber or AC person could fix it. Dan did it himself and did not charge me very much. I'm a Yankee Boston gal and rarely impressed. Dan is impressive and I will use him again.
Description of Work: Remodeled two (20) year old bathrooms removing cultured marble and cast iron tubs. Exterior work; AC work that showed up in the middle of the project and made recommendations for future work.

Description of Work: I used Dan Clark Construction to make a repair on the roof. My roof had begun to shift because of the drought and it was out of line.

+ 0 moreDan was directly involved in planning and managed both projects to completing. He did everything exactly as we understood. Workmanship of sub contractors was very good. Dan stayed engaged throughout both projects and insisted on quality work by the subs.
Description of Work: Dan contracted complete remodeling of our kitchen/bar area (~$60K) then our master bath (~$40K) in two separate jobs. Everything went great. Will definitely use him again to remodel our office. Thesse were major projects. Each required several weeks for completion.
