I expected the electrician at 8 am. When he appeared to be late I called Dailey and inquired if something had happened. After checking their records they said they had me down for a 1 pm appointment. I believe there was likely a mix-up when I made the appointment two weeks prior. 1 pm is when I said I had to be at work and could not do the appointment. Dailey checked with their electricians who were out working and quickly had someone out to my house in less than 30 minutes. The electrician that arrived was efficient and polite. He installed the new plug and 'cleaned up' some nearby wiring. I always appreciate someone taking an extra moment to leave things a little better than they found them. (My house is over 50 years old, I have seen my wiring, and yes-it is a mess in some places.) The plug is ready to go for the water heater tomorrow and I'm a happy customer.

I called Dailey on short notice for assistance with electrical connections on a home project. They were able to send someone the same day. The work was professionally completed.

Chris and team, especially Ben, were wonderful. Chris showed up on time to bid the project and was able to commence the project that afternoon. 3 days later every single item was completed exactly as specified and the guys cleaned up as they worked through the house. Each day we knew what would be accomplished and the overall end result is spectacular. I wish they offered more than electrical work!

Red installed the new light fixture above my breakfast bar. He made sure it was exactly centered. That's important! And he was meticulous in making sure each pendant was at precisely the same height above the bar. Red did an excellent job! He was right on time and got the work done in a very professional manner. Although there was a minor invoicing mix-up, it was promptly addressed.

Light had caught on fire above front door. They checked the electrics to the light and replaced with new one. Checked light switches in kitchen and breakfast nook for connection issues and fixed them. Very polite and courteous. Cost if service very appropriate

Red and his helper, Chad, arrived promptly at my residence and went right to work. They had a tough job trying to figure out why bulbs and fixtures were going bad in such a short time. They started at the breaker box and worked their way throughout the house checking switches and lights and ended up replacing a few bad switches. Red even went above and beyond by repairing a broken clip on the bottom of the breaker box to ensure it was closing properly. Service like this is getting harder to find these days and I greatly appreciate the extra effort.

We called to get an estimate for some minor rewiring work at the breaker box. The estimate was very fair, so we made an appointment for 8:00 the next day. (Note: our appointment was "at 8:00", not "sometime between 8:00 and 9:00" or some equivalent.) At 8:30, we gave up waiting and decided to call to see if we had been forgotten or if they were just running late. We were apologized to and offered the first appointment of the following day, which was again at 8:00. Here we are at 8:30 once more. No call. No show. No repair. No future business. I can't make any claims about the quality of the work. Their prices seem reasonable enough, but what good are they if no one ever shows to do the work???

Called the office, they had a serviceman in the area. He was at my home within an hour of the call. He started looking for the problem at service box and followed it to the barn where he found a short in one of the air conditioners used to keep my granddaughter's prize winning 4-H SHOW RABBITS cool in this Texas heat. While he was in the barn he made sure all the coolers and fans were working correctly. The price was very good. We live 6 miles out of town so the responds time was remarkable. The serviceman was very nice and caring about our animals.

The visit went very well. The repair person was very polite and efficient and finished the exchange in a few minutes.There was no mess to clean up and he had the needed fixtures in his truck. I commented that I needed him to come another time to repair an exhaust fan in my garage attic. He replied that i would probably need a new motor and offered to climb up into my attic to get the details so I could purchase the new motor. My bill would be for an hour of work anyway and there was sufficient time left on "my hour" for him to do this. He wrote down the model numbers so I could see about getting the pproper repair parts. I really appreciated this because I am no longer "a spring chicken" and hate to climb that ladder.

Had a mysterious electric outage in just half of the outlets in the master bedroom. The electrician found AND repaired the problem in no time. He arrived promptly, was professional and courteous and even vacuumed the area after he completed the job. It was worth the year's fee for Angie's List, just to find such an excellent electrician.

I had a chandelier problem. Red, the Dailey Electric technician quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed on the spot. Red took the heavy chandelier down with amazing skill and had it repaired at their shop in a few days. He returned and restored the now working chandelier to it's spot with reinforced bolts so the chandelier would be more secure than ever. At the same time, Dailey Electric provided me a reasonable estimate for more extensive electrical work, and walked us through the whole process. And our bill? $100. Amazing! Dailey Electric is an outstanding full service electrical company. They are friendly, VERY professional and extremely competent. As a bonus, their pricing is very affordable! What's not to love about Dailey Electric?

Excellent job. The electrician was able to complete the entire job while I was at work. Everything works fine. When I returned from work, the job was done. I have a 50-year-old house.

I guessed the tasks would take 2+ hours, but the electrician was working so fast that he completed within two hours (very efficient). I must have saved a lot of money. This is the second time I use Dailey Electric in two months (the first was an emergency call). Both time, I am extremely satisfied. I have used other companies as well when I purchased my house two years ago. So far, Dailey is clearly the best.

The workmen were very conscientious and polite. The cost was less than estimated. They will be the folks we call from now on for any electrical needs we have.

Wow! What great service! I had a loose neutral connection on a plug (which sparked when I plugged things in and caused a nearby light to dim), and also thought I had a bad ballast on a fluorescent fixture. The helpful person I spoke to on the phone said he was concerned about the plug, and wanted to see if he could get someone out there right away. An electrician arrived within about 15 minutes! He fixed the plug, looked at the light fixture (which he said only needed new bulbs, and not a new ballast), and only charged me $56 for the whole thing - which included replacing the two fluorescent bulbs! That was even though the electrician had to go to three different stores in the course of his visit to find the right plug, since we had rather unusual and hard-to-find receptacles. I will definitely use these folks again if I have electrical issues! Well done!

This is the first time I used someone from Angie's List and I'm glad I did. I called in the morning and had service by 3:00 p.m.

Work was done very well. He worked fast and didn't complain about having to work around my clutter. I had already purchased three ballasts, thinking I could do it myself. I spent so much time just tryng to read up on it. $56 and one hour later and it was all done expertly.Dailey is good.

The electrician who came to my house was on time to replace broken breaker. He also gave me an estimate to add two new outlets and a light fixture to my garage. He replaced the breaker, but I also had him put in the outlets and light fixture. In the process he noticed an outlet with distinctive burn marks and suggested I replace it too. He was professional, friendly, skilled and gave me an accurate estimate. You can't beat on time, fair price, good work and courtesy!

Smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. He brought a ladder and carried it in very carefully so as not to knock into walls or furniture. I appreciated this. Also, he treated me as an intelligent adult not a crazy old lady whose doesn't know anything.
