I had a horrible experience with this company. Not only did they damage some almost brand new furniture, I found them to be very shady when it came to making a claim, which they denied because I did not see the damaged furniture right away. Some furniture they left without removing the paper wrapping and other items were left in areas where the damage was not visible until I was cleaning around the pieces. The first issue was they were in a huge hurry. I had to send an inventory sheet to get a price for moving rather than an hourly. They were coming in and out very quickly and I kept asking them to please be careful and slow down. They just wanted to get done and leave rather than make sure we were happy and comfortable in how they were handling our items. When they had all in items in, the head mover pressured me to sign a form to finish and leave. At this time, I was never presented any opportunity to check their work, our furniture, etc. Hind sight says I should of said no, I will inspect everything first, but they led me to believe if I kept them any longer they were going to start charging me overtime fees so I let them leave. I had damage to glassware in boxes that had been wrappers with lots of bubble wrap and paper but I have a feeling they were just shoved around d quickly, maybe even dropped. Three new pieces of furniture that were only 1 1/2 years old were damaged. Not just a scratch, but large chunks of wood just plain missing from the sides. They had to have noticed on a couple they had removed the paper from, but I suspect they did not let me know because the items were placed in corners of the room where the damage was hidden. Unfortunately, I did not notice right away and was shocked when I did. Once I realized I had so much damage, I reached back out and one rep told me to take a lot of photos and make a written claim to email and be detailed. So, I took some time to photograph each item and explain damage found including to my flooring upstairs. This was a brand new built home we moved into so this was also upsetting. The rep called me the week following the claim and said she would send her representative to assess the damage. Turns out she sends the lead mover? Then I’m told they want to pick up the damaged furniture (same guys who damaged it), being ti some repair place, but will not tell me who, how long, or share any kind if sample of work these folks have done. When I question this and want to have more info, they guy leaves and the office manager calls back and says she is denying my claim. I even sent receipts showing my furniture was new and never moved before and it was inspected when they first arrived. They even had charged us an extra $100 fee they said if we paid it would protect our furniture for full value. Beware beware beware. This is. It right and we have gotten no where with these people. Since this I have been checking around and have heard many similar horror stories. I think folks just give up and they get away with being dishonest in their dealings! Shame on you Dan Daniels, owner of D&D moving for never even responding to do the right thing and take care of damage your movers caused!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Would use them 1,000 x's over if I needed to! Thankfully, I won't be moving again any time soon.

They were average. They weren't very responsive, but they were punctual.
