All appliances were opened and cleaned and even moved if needed. Sinks were disinfected and scrubbed as were all countertops. Windows, baseboards,ceiling fans, cabinets, toilets and showers were spotless. I would definitely ask for Sabrina again. She was a pleasure to work with and even finished early.

Terrible! We specifically ordered a deep cleaning prior to people moving in. The three person crew did a very light cleaning. They didn't even move small items out of the way to vacuum - including a rolling desk chair. 80% of the house was vacant, so there was NOT much they would have had to move. They did not dust ceiling fans or blinds. they had an "attitude" when we asked them to redo some areas like wiping off the baseboards, blinds, etc. We were told the crew would arrive between 9 and 1 for a possible 7 hour cleaning job. They finally showed up at 12:55, and were packing up to leave by 2:25. We were VERY dissatisfied with the job they did and the attitude they had. We reluctantly paid the $250+ bill, then proceeded to clean the home the way it was supposed to be done. We hired a crew from Angie's List thinking it would save us the time and hassle of deep cleaning while we accomplished other required tasks, but it was wasted money that actually made our frustration level much higher! When we talked to Jen about what we felt was an inferior job, she defended her crew and basically said we owed the money..

Couldn't ask for more

The cleaning was OK. Master shower was not cleaned well. I did bring to their attention the shower walls were not cleaned well, and they did re clean the glass shower wall before they left, but pink mold was left on shower floor and some of the corners. Items displayed on my furniture were dusted around, instead of being moved, so they could dust under the items. I thought I was paying for 4 hours, but they were here for appx. 3 hour and 35minutes. I was quoted $160 for 4 hrs, was charged around $155. I was sent an email to ask to leave feedback. After I left the feedback several days later, I did receive a response on my answering machine. The response started out (not word for word) "This is ### and just wanted to let you know I got your feedback for the service for the 19th, and looking over the notes for our work order, and per our 24 hour cancellation policy too much time has passed for us to come back and take care of those areas....." I think a greeting that started out with "I am sorry you were not pleased...." would have been more appropriate, BUT in their defense, later in the message, I was offered an hour of free cleaning if I scheduled another cleaning, but I think the beginning of the voice mail soured anything that followed. I am not ruling them out in the future because I WAS pleased the first (and only other) time I used them.

They did a good job cleaning the house, arrived on time and completed on time. Punctuality was critical in that situation because I had only half day to clean the house and got it ready before new tenants moved in the next day. They followed instructions well. I'm very pleased.

I have an excellent employee who does my apartment. She does a great job (so far anyway and this was the 3rd time) and is very good to my dogs. I leave her notes and she does whatever I ask. She always leaves me a note on what was done with a personal message included. I'm easy to please so I don't have any complaints. When I moved to B/CS the last of July, I contacted several places and they all wanted over $100.00 to clean. My apartment is about 1150 sq. ft. My permanent home, in Waco, has over 2700 sq. ft. and we don't pay over $75.00 for the same services. I've had help for over 30 years and larger homes and I only thought $75.00 was high. They rip you off in B/CS but MaidPro is very reasonable considering the prices of the others. I definitely would recommend MaidPro....at least at this time. I'll post again if things change.

The first cleaning went very well. They were prompt, thorough and very professional! The next cleanings became less and less thorough. They have a summary checklist that they checkoff as they go through and do their tasks and everytime it indicated that they had dusted - but if they did it certainly wasn't apparent. I intentionally let the dust build up on the piano (with a finger swipe in a remote section) to see if they attempted to clean it. After three of their visits it was still not touched and my finger swipe was by then barely apparent). The other concern I had was the personnel they used changed every time so when I would leave a personal note of thanks or directions regarding their last visit - they weren't getting my message... Switched to a new cleaning lady before the holidays!

The ladies who came were great--responsive, professional, and very nice. They did an excellent and thorough job. Would definitely hire them again.

They’re excellent. They’re very good. They have a competitive price. They call us every time after they service and make sure everything is alright. They do spot inspections of their work.

They do strive to get the job done and they call and check up to make sure I am satisfied. They also offer free services occasionally like at Christmas time. If I am not happy with a person for whatever reason, they will either replace that person or ask them to do something they missed; so they are pretty much on top of their workers and their performance. I think their pricing is fair. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I contracted for weekly services. Even though they bring their own cleaning supplies, I preferred they use mine because theirs are of low or unknown quality, their best quality cleaner is Fabuloso, which does not clean or disinfect. They use Fabuloso to clean the bathroom! They do not mop floors, they only vacuum and then damp mop. Your floors will never be clean. I tried explaining what my expectations were and gave them many chances, but things remained the same.

Ladies are very detail oriented and are willing to clean anything I ask them to. They do an excellent job, they arrive when they say they will and are finished when I expect them to be. i have not been disappointed. The fee is more than fair for our area.

Maid Pro was very responsive, coming on short notice to clean a 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo. They focused (at my request) on the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning them thoroughly. They also cleaned the floors in the living and dining area and the laundry room. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Their estimate was close to the actual cost. Will definitely use them again.

Very well. Maidpro does background checks on all of its employees. Feedback is requested from the customer after each cleaning job is finished. Company contact people are very courteous and helpful.

Very thorough, professional and competent

For the most part they do a good job. The first group that came out did an ok job but we are just learning about each other so I can't give them glowing remarks yet. However, I had a problem that I felt very strongly about and called in to the office. Within just a very few minutes the owner called me back and she resolved the problem to my satisfaction and in a very professional manner. I was duly impressed as I have dealt with other companies that would not have responded at all let alone so professionally. The new team came in this past week and I am very pleased with their professionalism. We are still in the "honeymoon" phase, but for now I am pleased with their cleaning of my house. The ladies that come to my home are very open to comments and requests. Give them a try and I think you will be happy with their work. They even leave you a surprise at the end!

I'm pretty picky about how my house is cleaned, I notice the little things if they're left undone. Generally I do my own cleaning, but I'd fallen behind and needed help catching up. I wasn't comfortable having just anyone in my home, I wanted someone affiliated with a larger franchise, someone that was bonded and insured. MaidPro to the rescue! My stovetop shined, my countertops were spotless... not a pet hair to be found! They go above and beyond and leave some nice little extras, I won't spoil the surprise. :>) They work fast and they're thorough, bring all their own cleaning supplies/equipment and I found them to be very courteous and professional, I'd definitely use them again.
