READ YOUR ENTIRE LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN, THIS COMPANY IS UNLIKE ANY OTHER!! An ethically unsound company... please read: This business is definitely not a professional group of women! They stick it to you when you move out. (I did have one conversation with a Male who was very customer service oriented) I have been renting with my family for 20 years and I have never dealt with an experience like this. I was spoken to like we were in a high school argument on the phone and treated terribly. She refused to give us any information over the phone, everything had to be in writing. Upon emailing Kaila Pitts and Melissa Clinton (apparently the owner) I could not get a response. All I got was that they will get back to me at THEIR earliest convenience. When your sidewalk the Melissa on the phone, if you try to explain something she says "ma'am stop yelling at me." I never yelled at her. Apparently I called her honey on the phone and she said that my husband and I shouldn't call her honey in a condescending way. It's like she just wants to get you upset so she can have a reason to hang up. I paid 1600 in refundable deposit, and 800 for pet deposit (50% refundable). I have never left a place cleaner than we left this place. We had the carpets professionally cleaned, bought and installed grass for the backyard, paid to have the inside cleaned, touched up the walls, as well as everything and more that was listed on or move out checklist. Any time you ask them about any detailed price breakdown, they just say, "it's in the lease" they let realtors come and show the home with no notice. BEWARE SIGNING THIS LEASE!!! when you sign the lease you allow them to come into your home whenever they want to do routine checks. This company violates so many rights as a renter and they justify it by squeezing it in the lease. They hold grudges against you if you get upset at them and then they try to stick it to you when you move out in an extremely vague breakdown. An admin fee of 500!!! When I asked for details Melissa claimed that that was the detail. I have owned my own company and my mother is a renter herself and this saddens me that they do this to people that are renting because they probably know renters don't have the money for a lawyer. Just because you covered yourself in your lease doesn't mean it is ethically right. I hope others stand up against the ethics of this company. After all the money were have given them, they now want us to pay another $700, if I had time I would go to court, someone should please.
