+ -1 moreWe appreciated his honesty and not doing work that was not necessarily needed at this time. Units are about 15 years old. He said if it was a small, slow leak, we could probably get by for quite awhile. It has been a month and both units are running fine.
Description of Work: One large unit at our home was froze up and not cooling the house. He added 2 lbs. of R-22 and said we could just watch it, as it may be just a slow leak and not something we would have to pay a lot on right now. Also checked smaller unit for us.

+ -1 moreThis was the third time we use them. The first was warranty repair of AC, and the second was preventitive maintenance of AC. This time, an air handler had a broken part. They came on time (the day of calling), and repaird the problem on the same day. It is working perfectly now (just in time for cold weather). I will use them again!
