They did an outstanding job,I needed a lot of spot cleaning and they had a special process that did a great job and then steamed cleaned the carpets, and explained the process and took their time. They were on time and very personable.

Best carpet cleaning ever!! All pet stains were removed which I thought would be impossible. The stains have not come back like they did when I had other companies. I will never have my carpet cleaned by any other company. Not only did they do the best job ever on my carpet, the cost was so reasonable, and the service person was very professional. They offered to come back if there were any problems but that was not necessary. I was very, very, happy and will repeat: BEST JOB EVER!!!!!!!!!

Very thorough, conscientious, personable - did a great job on cleaning the carpets, and with the fogging, removed the animal smell that renters had left! We asked about another "smell" issue we had in an uncarpeted room behind the garage - their "downy" suggestion worked great! Thanks, guys, for that suggestion!! We would definitely recommend them!

Aggieland Carpet Cleaning did a good job on my carpets & rug. They were very professional & personable.

They were very, very expensive. The first guy ( very nice guy ) was the son of the owner and did not know how to pull a trailer. He ran over my huge rocks and ran over my sprinklers. The rugs and furniture were worse than when he started. I don't think one person can clean 5 large rugs, 2 chaise lounges, and a couch in 3 hour. They came out again and fixed the furniture but the rugs are stretched and buckled. I had told them from the beginning there was pet odor and they said they could get it out, they didn't. I understand some odors can not be gotten out but I didn't understand my carpets smelled worse and were not even clean looking. The fringe on one rug was not clean the guy told me to use peroxide on it, yet I hired them to clean them. After 2 visits and all that money I don't get people that can't do the job they are hired for and end up costing the customer even more then when they started. They never offered to repair the sprinklers or anything the son messed up with his driving. I was extremely disappointed and I would not hire them again. Maybe they can clean carpet but not rugs. I would have done better with a machine from the grocery store.

Made the estimate appointment on time. Arrived at agreed upon date of service. Job was harder than expected, but stayed all day until completed and did an excellent job. SAS

Brent and Jessie were exceptional. They cleaned and sealed tile, cleaned upholstery and cleaned the carpets. It all looks beautiful. They exceeded my expectations.
