The guys did a fantastic job. It was a little more expensive than Stanley steemer and I was out on the spot to give a tip . I felt uncomfortable. I hired them to do a job and they did it. I’m not accustomed to tipping every pro that does a job for me. Needless to say, they did a good job.

Aggieland Carpet Cleaning's customer service was very professional, they explained their services clearly, upon the setting of our appointment they sent us a text with a picture of the technician that would be coming, their carpet cleaning technician called ahead on the appointment day with his estimated time of arrival and was on time and very courteous, their cleaning of our carpets was very thorough and actually exceeded our expectations, and they charged us what they said they would charge. All very pleasant surprises! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has older carpets needing a little extra loving care and I will be using them again when it's time to clean our carpets in the future.

They did a very good job and responded quickly to me. They did not put anything down to protect my wood floors, so I was left with footprints.

The cleaning of the carpet was great, just make sure your put on schedule.

The guys arrived promptly at 1 o'clock and got right to work. They did exactly what we asked them to do and we ended up with the very best cleaning ever! The best part was the fact that they put the heavy furniture back exactly where it belonged. We will be sure to call Aggieland the next time we need a good cleaning.
