Aerify A/C

It went very well. Keith does professional work at a competitive price. Due to space restrictions in the loft, I was not able to do what I wanted/planned to with the ducts, but Keith explored a couple of other possibilities, went and found the right parts and I am very happy with what he came up with.

A/C went out while I was caring for my 3 week old grandson at my home when his parents, but not the baby, had COVID. Told the owner that I needed the outside unit checked and wouldn't let the repair person inside because, even though the baby tested negative, he had been exposed to COVID and I didn't want to expose the worker. Owner said he'd talk with his technician about it. Never called me back, didn't return either of the 2 texts I sent to see if they were or weren't coming. If he had just sent a message that he wasn't going to do the job I could've respected that and called someone else. Instead he just ghosted a grandmother caring for a newborn when the weather was in the high 90s.

He was so sweet and knew exactly what was wrong with my ac. I would recommend them for all ac work. Wonderful job!!! Thank you!!

Great. I chose their service both for economy and honest suggestion on size system needed (smaller for smaller squarr footage). I am very well pleased with the installation service and the system is functioning smoothly and efficiently.

Not well, he did not have the tools or knowledge to fix the unit. He did not charge anything since he could not fix the unit.
