Staff were very courteous and professional on the phone; however the employees mowing and trimming my lawn seemed careless. The second time mowing a trim board was broken off of a storage shed and several vines were severed on a plant climbing our pergola. The company did offer to pay to replace the board - after a complaint was filed - and employees were instructed to be be more careful when trimming. Next time around, the person trimming completely severed all vines on the plant. I believe it was intentional as there was no grass within 10" of where the cut occurred.

The first guy came out to inspect the house was extremely nice and identified squirrels, but the technician that came out said it was not squirrels and said it was rats. I told him I saw them enter the attic and I was concerned with the traps he was putting for rats. They did seal off my house and I have not had any issues since.

They do many things. They do landscaping, yard maintenance and pesticide treatment of your lawn. I used them about a year ago. They do the job that they say they are going to.

It went well, as always. If I am not a home, they just do the outside (I don't see bugs as a rule). The guys are great and I have, in the past, called them for a problem or perceived problem. They came right over and took care of everything.

The agent assigned to my account has been providing service to my household for about 5 years. He is always courteous, considerate, and calls ahead to confirm appointment time and my availability. He does a thorough job both inside and outside my home, and if there is ever a case where I have something show up unexpectedly, like after heavy rains or such, he is quick to return to my home for additional treatment.

We love ABC. The price seems very reasonable.

ABC always gives us great service. I had to reschedule three different times due to work schedule changes. They were very accommodating to my schedule. David showed up on time and did a great job. He was very thorough and gave us ideas and recommendations on things to do to deter the pest.

We hire Abc because we had fire ants inside te house. We call and two days later a specialist walked around the house. It was treated next year, we bought the contract. We were customes for two years, no more bugs but it does get expensive

I haven't had any infestations so they are doing the job well. ABC pest control services visit homes every other month, 6 times/year, rather than quarterly like most others. During the initial visit in November 2013, they sprayed the interior of the house as well as exterior, and the plan is to spray the exterior every other month and never have to spray inside again. I have pets and small children and greatly appreciated this approach. They've also told me that the sprays used outside are safe for pets and children once they have dried. I'm not sure how they are priced compared to the other companies. I just moved to the area in October 2013 and chose ABC because they generally had good reviews and offered multiple services. I also have them mow my yard bi-weekly and it looks nice. In the "winter" in Texas, they called every 2 weeks to ask if I needed mowing. Generally, I did not. Now that we are back in season, they just come and mow without calling. Mowing is almost $50 per mow and I find that rather expensive, so I will be looking into another option, especially because we may require weekly mowing for several months. I would do it myself, but I hate the heat.

Awesome! Mike came out to do the inspection, and he seemed very honest, patient, and straightforward. After testing each station individually, including all valves and heads, he told us exactly what it would cost to completely repair the entire system. He also helped us come up with a short-term solution to use the system (with a few minor, manual tweaks) until we could pay for the complete overhaul that was needed. We couldn't ask for anything more.

The guys at ABC are really great. They are professional and honest. We received a clear assessment of what we needed, and they are easy to work with and will answer all the questions you ask (I ask A LOT). They have been very responsive to issues with scorpions, going out of their way to explain what they were doing, the habits of scorpions, etc., so that we could make a good evaluation together about how to proceed. I would highly recommend them for pest control services.

They have been very good and responsive. My particular technician always asks if we are having any problems. Sometimes, you have a lot of rain or no rain at all which causes different problems. They're very responsive to whatever you ask them to take care of. If I tell him I'm having trouble with a bug which looks like this, he solves it. He is very observant to what is going on and gives tips. They listen to the individual client and tailor whatever it is that they decide to do. I never had any problems with billing, too. They have a good service. I'm very pleased with them.

They have been very good. They will send someone out go through your home and then go over everything with you to develop a maitenance plan. The only draw back they will call with the time they will be coming and alot of the time for me I have to call them back to change the time as it usually is not convenient for me. But they do do very good work.

Their service was adequate. I would use them again in the future.

They have a good reputation as far as getting on time, and getting stuff done. They did a nice job. The quality was outstanding. They're always on time. They come the same time every week. I'm very happy with them. If I need them, I would use them.

They're a reputable company. They're very personable and they're willing to answer questions if I have any. They're very easy to work with and they're reasonably priced.

They show up on time. I will continue using them in the future.

I use ABC for lawn maintenance, quarterly fertilization/weed control, also for residential pest control at my home in Bryan, TX on a 1/4 acre lot. - Mowing and trimming runs $45. They come by every two weeks, but will come by on request as well. I like that if they see that they lawn doesn't need mowing, they'll reschedule rather than simply providing service you don't need. This is especially helpful in the fall and winter when growth slows; quite a money saver. I would like to receive some sort of notification (e-mail maybe) when service is rescheduled. At the moment, I have to check the website to see if things are maybe just running late, delayed because of rain, etc. or if it just wasn't needed. - Fertilization and weed spraying is $95 a quarter. They use a chicken dropping based fertilizer that doesn't burn the lawn. I will say that if it doesn't rain soon after application, you'll want to water it in or the "aroma" can be evident! A single rain shower or sprinkler cycle takes care of this though. - Pest control is $82 a quarter and includes additional calls if needed in between. They're great about providing extra spot treatments for any problem areas. They also give me a heads up when my shrubs, roses, or trees need a trim to keep them off the house. Some of these prices have actually come down since I started using ABC a couple of years ago. They have a "points" program, too, but I haven't tried used my "points" yet, so I can't comment on whether that's easy or not. I like the ability to pay my bill online and see my upcoming and previous services. They do seem to be growing and expanding the range and volume of their services pretty quickly. Customer service is still good and I hope it stays that way. I'll likely keep using ABC. I've had others simply disappear or not respond when issues come up.

They are here when they say they will be, they have good customer service, they are friendly, and I don’t see any bugs.

Mow, edge, blow on quarter acre lot every two weeks. Personnel are always professional and attentive to detail. They don't mind if my dog is out. Any hoses, tools, toys are picked up and neatly placed on the porch. Main office always willing to come out and does so promptly if there is any problem or even if I just have a question or need a little advice. They will perform additional landscaping on request and at reasonable, if not the lowest prices. Bill paying and service scheduling is much easier now that they have put a web-based system in place. I recommended them. I also use ABC's pest control and lawn aeration and fertilizing service. Initial pest control on my 1850 sq. ft house and 1/4 acre lot was $135 and quarterly maintenance is about $88. Again, they are quick to respond to any questions I might have or to come out if I need an additional spot treatment or something. No charge for that IIRC. Lawn aeration and fertilization is quarterly and runs about $103. They use a fertilizer made from chicken droppings which doesn't burn the lawn if over-concentrated or left on/not watered in. I do recommend watering it in as it can have an odor like fish emulsion when there is no rain or other irrigation. Certainly better than chemicals IMHO. Overall, I'm very please with their services and will continue using them.

First, let me say that I am not absolutely certain about the cost of our quarterly pest control. I think it is about what I have indicated, but it may be a little higher or lower. We initially had a problem with spiders and scorpions in our newly-built house. We called last spring and had our first treatment, which included inside and outside the house and in the attic and garage. We had the same whole-house treatment the next two quarters, and each time the problems grew smaller and smaller. It seems to me that the problem has now been reduced enough that in the future we will be able to do the outside-only treatment and see how that goes. They will do the whole house again as long as I request it, though; it is part of their service and guarantee. We have been very happy to have the spiders, scorpions, wasps, and fire ants dealt with. I have never seen a cockroach, so we have probably prevented that sort of problem from developing by engaging their services when we did. The most recent issue is that we seem to have mice in the attic. I am pretty sure that we have had one that has fallen down some a void in the wall and died there, which has left us with a nauseating odor in a hall closet that we will have to just deal with for a couple of weeks. James came out and did an extremely thorough investigation of the property and found mouse droppings in the attic and located many gaps along the eaves and excessively large weepholes in the exterior stone that can easily allow mice to get into the house. He has given me a bid to come out and fill in those areas in a way that shuts off the attic and roof access to mice and will also shut off the access via weepholes while still allowing the air to flow as it needs to in those areas. We will most probably accept that bid as it is clear to us that this company knows what it is doing. Really, that's my take-home message: These people know what they are doing. They have all the credentials, they have been in business a long time, they have branches in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and (I think) San Antonio. They are professional and courteous and responsive. They are pretty much the standard by which all pest control companies should be measured. I highly recommend them.
