The overall experience was outstanding. Moving can be very stressful but they made it as easy as possible. They packed us out in almost one day. The didn't completely finish the pack out the first day and had to finish the next. They moved us the second day and completely finished the job that night. They reassembled the furniture and moved the large items where we needed them. They pointed out any problems with the furniture before they moved them so there wouldn't be any questions when it got to our new house and everything was agreed on. There was one item damaged in the move. A very small pane of glass in our china hutch. The supervisor apologized repeatedly, took measurements and had there glass contractor fix the problem. No complaints from us and no hassles from them. I will hire them again for our next move. My only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, they used newspaper on the kitchen dishes and we had to wipe the items off before putting them away. Next time, I'll ask them not to use newspaper.... no big deal. Every time I called them while setting up the move, an actual person answered the phone. Phone calls were returned promptly with information. The estimate was dead on. They traveled 55 miles and gave us a free estimate and moved us on very short notice.
