+ -1 moreCharlie came out and looked at our heater and could easily have said we just need a new one because ours is pretty old. Instead, he took the time to figure out the problem and help us decide the best option for us. Charlie was honest and helpful. We would definitely recommend him!
Description of Work: Our heater wouldn't ignite, or if it did it wouldn't stay lit. Charlie figured out the problem and got it going again!

Description of Work: Charlie went up in the attic after listening to the unit run, and unscrewed the panel on the side and pulled 5 dead mice off the blower fan.

Description of Work: After being quoted from $200-$311 plus paying for service calls from two other business Charlie repaired my unit for a $3.00 part he had in his truck and the $60.00 service call. He was a very friendly man and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He listened to my description of the problem and was able to quickly go right to the problem. He put a small part in a deal on the outside unit.
