Locally owned and based in Lake Jackson, Texas, we offer foundation repairs with our ram-driven concrete system. Free estimates! Lifetime transferable warranties are available. Since we're local, we're able to offer the best deals and volume in Brazosport and the surrounding areas, without having to make the trip from Houston. Our services include concrete slab, pier & beam, mobile home, tunneling, and preventative maintenance. We also offer pool and patio rescreening services.

Description of Work: Creative foundation repaired our foundation. They installed 17 pilings on 2 sides of our house, working with our structural engineer. They were a much better price and able to schedule much earlier than another local business, and we are happy with the work. They sent out a large crew and were able to complete the job in one day. They also offer a transferable warranty if anything goes wrong with their work in the future.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Jay was friendly & easy to work with. His crew was careful to not ruin any landscaping and cleaned up before they left the site. The job was completed in one day.

After receiving a bid from another area foundation repair service, we decided the price was too high and they could not meet our schedule. Creative Foundation Repair was recommended by a friend. We called Jay Krouse and he responded quickly with a more reasonable bid and worked with us to get the service performed as soon as possible. His crew is hard working and their cleanup was immaculate! Jay visited the site each day and was in contact with us by phone throughout the process. He met with us at the completion of the job to make sure we were happy. I would recommend Jay to anyone looking for foundation repair.
