They came installed everything and things are good

I just think they are very expensive.

They have been very responsive when there are problems. They contract with people but the people they send it in time. I'd say the price is a little high.

We have been using them for at least ten years. Their service is spotty. We have issues every time we camp and we have to call a technician, which is very annoying. I don't like that inconvenience. They are very responsive.

They got here and told us they were installing a brand new system that they had no training on. They basically told us they had no idea what they were doing. They told us that the blockbuster movie channel we had pair for wasnt compatible with the router I had from ATT. So I went out and bought another router for $100. When they came back out they still could not set up my Blockbuster movie subscription. We scheduled three appointments to get it working and they havent showed up once. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell us they could not make it that day. They are selling a system that they haven't trained people to install. It has been a nightmare.

I have been a customer with Dish Network for over 3 years. I chose Dish Network due to the price. We have 3 receivers with HD capability. I am pleased with the experience I have had with this company. I will continue my television service with this company.
