Great response and quick fix

He was able to come out within an hour on the 26th. He checked out what was wrong and let us know what was wrong. He came back the next day to repair the parts. He was excellent. He responded really fast. His service was excellent.

They were the best. I've been using them for years. I don't use anybody else for my heating and AC. They are reliable, professional, personable and the best.

Robert, the owner, has been servicing our H, AC for many years. He is always prompt to return calls and will try to arrive as soon as he can. He is a man of integrity and dependability. His rates are very fair. Recently we had to replace a furnace. Robert installed it perfectly and did not leave until he showed me the new furnace and instructed me on the use of the new thermostat. Mr. Owen was the third contractor I had come out to present an estimate. Previously I had John Moore and Aramendia present their estimates. Mr. Owen did a very complete inspection of the work needed. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me an estimate. His estimate for $3,500 included a much better AC system than either of the previous contractors wanted to sell me. I agreed to hire Owen AC Services and I couldn't have been more pleased. They arrived at the appointed hour on installation day. The first thing they did was spread dropcloths over the carpet and then immediately went to work removing the old coil and equipment from the attic. When the old coil, ducts and pan were out they brought in all of the new items and began the replacement process. Outside, Mr. Owen removed the old AC compressor while a man worked in the attic. Mr. Owen had warned me the job would tak about 6 hours and it did. They worked non-stop until the new items were all installed and fully operational. When done they made sure all the old items had been removed from outside and the attic. They had cleaned up the area of installation in the attic and then removed the dropcloths without leaving any traces behind. Not only was Mr. Owen able to provide a much better AC unit than my other quotes, he was totally commited to his work and workmanship. Hiring a small contractor was a great bargain for me and he proved his worth. I now know how those larger companies can afford their splashy TV ads. After you have called all the others, call Owen AC Services and make a comparison. You will thank him..... and me.
