Mat went above and beyond. We hired him to install drop ceilings and recessed lighting, and we did have some hiccups in the logistics of how to get it done due to the materials I bought. Mat showed exceptional workmanship, on the spot problem solving, and was continually kind and professional. I would definitely hire him again, donâ t pass him up!

I high recommend Mat and his crew. The remodeled my whole house, TWICE, because of flooding twice in 5 months. He went far and above what was expected in every way. He was very particular about his work and did a perfect job at everything. He's an honest, hardworking man and if I could give him a 10 STAR, I would.

This is the 3rd time I have hired Matt. The first was to renovate the interior of my rent house. The second time was to finish the interior of the house I had built and painted the outside. This time was to roof and paint the exterior of my rent house. Matt is very fair with his pricing on work and his crew does very good work. Matt is good at working thru unforeseen problems and is easy to work with.

I highly recommend Matt and his team. Kind and courteous before you get to his knowledge and skills! He drives his team to meet rigorous standards. They work hard and put in long hours. Our build met lots if "hiccups" where required underpinning had not been done to the patio. Matt did not just carry on, everything was strengthened and put right before he allowed his team to continue with the build. Most impressed. Matt built us a large covered patio with cedar posts and beams, cathedral ceiling all in oiled pine, wall with a stable door shipped specifically from England, Austin stone fireplace with cedar beam and large gas fire place, grills, BBQ, sink, refrigeration etc all with granite tops and splashback, granite shelf atop of the pony walls surrounding the BBQ area and finished with a beautiful Travertine floor. The existing roof came off and Matt took the asphalt tiles off back to the house and replaced them all to ensure quality continuity to the aesthetics of the build Do not be put off by the company name, there is nothing "Budget" about them! Highly skilled, high quality work from a very knowledgeable young builder at a very fair price! I am so very glad Matt is young, it means he will be my builder of choice for years to come. I hired Matt for drywall/ceiling repair and painting. He and his crew are very professional and price was fair. He was also very accommodating with my ever changing schedule. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him.

Far exceeds expectations! Mathew handles unforeseen problems extremely well. Bids are accurate and reasonable. Timely completion; no overruns,however flexible in handling Customer requested changes at reasonable additional prices. Also, repaired area of shoddy work by previous contractor. Mathew is personable, considerate, a truly knowledgeable professional in all areas. His crew very nice. Recommendations based on his experience are sound and innovative with appropriate cost savings. Repaired rotten joist (house about to collapse) replaced entire back wall of house and rotten flooring from water leak, built a new deck with roof and electrical. Mathew is one fine young man and we will be doing repeat business with several major projects.

Mat does an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He is a perfectionist, so he makes sure it's right. He did exactly what we wanted--communication was spectacular. He tore out both of our old plastic tub/shower combos and installed a tub with gorgeous till work in our guest bath, and then turned our master tub/shower into a beautiful and luxurious walk-in shower. We asked him to put lights in the showers, and he did. It's so hard to find talented carpenters today who won't also try to take you to the cleaners. Mat is the best and is worth MORE than he charges. We can't wait until we are able to redo our kitchen. We will definitely be calling him!!

Matt has completed several projects over the past year and he always does a professional job. He goes so far above and beyond. He even offered to rebuild a shower bench that another contractor messed up..free! I am not home often so he does the work unsupervised and I totally trust him. You get a total bang for your work.

Mathew Pinkard was very easy to work with during our fireplace remodel. He demo'd the old marble, raised the hearth 4 inches and retiled with Mexican tile we ordered online. The whole project took two days and was completed on time and on budget. Mat was easy to communicate with and we hope to use him in the future on other remodel projects.

Matt was very honest,trustworthy and very accurate with his work.He came when he said he would and probably stayed longer in the evenings than normal.I kept finding things i wanted to repair or replace. He gave me estimates on the spot and we did more work to other things around our property and home than what we first started out to do.I would highly recommend him and his team. Respectful, pleasant and hardworking guys. I felt comfortable with them every step of the way. They painted my house inside and out and punched out numerous other items. they did many things that were not part of the quote. I loved the work and the help.Would definetely look for Mat in the future for any items i need help with.

Mat is great! He's nice and professional and reasonable. If he sees anything around the house that needs repair he'll take care of it. He goes above and beyond what is asked and the finished product is awesome!

After getting calls from other companies to install my new doors they were the only ones that came out and looked at the door and gave me an estimate. Others companies were giving me big standard estimates with even seeing the install location. They will be getting another call to install the front door soon. The work was great and fast , clean up the work area inside and out .

The work was completed at eariest predicted time while I was expecting it to be later than promised. I was also expecting some added expenses to the estimate, but again I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was done for the exact amount estimated. The workman were all polite, and the quality of the work was exceptionally good. I would highly recommend this company!
