+ 0 moreThey did my septic home inspection and passed it. Turns out it is a not an operational aerobic septic system and now I have to replace it. They are not taking any responsibility for what they have done, even after they verified their mistake. They are not retuning my calls and have even hung up on me. The septic is missing a 3rd tank and aerator pump, which means it has been spraying raw sewage into my yard. Now I can not turn it on and have to have it pumped regularly by a different company until it gets replaced or repaired.

+ 2 moreI know nothing about aerobic systems and neither does my husband. The guys took their time to explain the system to us, how it worked, and what we needed to do for maintenance in the future. We didn't feel pressured into purchasing services, although we did because they were very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. They definitely had manners...to come into our home (to check our toilet) and take off his shoes is rare. The company has a nice truck so I didn't have to worry about our new driveway getting messed up, which was very important to me. I am pleased to say I would not go to any other septic/plumbing company and we will be passing on their information to all of our friends!
Description of Work: I called Anytime Septic late in the day on a Saturday. They didn't hesitate to came out (we were having a problem with our aerobic system) even though it was getting dark. They pumped out our system to be able to look it over to find out what the problem was.
