AH&TSP offers the following services: Our Handyman services are conveniently divided into 2 Service Levels. Level 1 Services: 1. Service-Call/Hack 1-3 hours 2. Half-Day+ 4-5 Hours 3. Flat Rate Handyman-for-the-day 7-8 hours We have found our customers can utilize our Level 1 Services when the scope of the work will last anywhere from 1 hour-3 days. Since Level 1 work can be completed sight-unseen without an estimate, estimates are generally not provided, but rest assured if you call us and we cannot compete the service work when we arrive, you never pay. Scheduling is fast and easy. Give us a call. Level 2 Services: 1. Residential Estimates- Mostly Free 2. Commercial Estimates- Mostly Free Our customer's request Level 2 Services when their project will last for more than 2-3 days or the scope of the work is outside of the Level 1 Service Handyman provisioning. The scope of a Level 2 Service may include in-depth drafting, design, planning, special procurement of materials, subcontracting, or permitting. Most estimates within the Level 2 Services can be completed within 1-2 days to 2 weeks or more depending, while other estimates can be provided the same-day. Extensive estimates, design work, drafting, permitting, and other special project requirements are charged per project, but many customers are pleased to find our design team can provide many of these focus areas for free. All estimates- are in writing and include the essential needs and requirements for your specific project. Estimates include but are not limited to scope of work, type of materials used and any warranty information, duration of project to completion, drawings if needed, labor guarantees, MSDS on request, and financial requirements section.

Our organization does not offer estimates for Level 1 Services as these Handyman projects are completed daily and weekly and can be completed sight-unseen. Rest assured if our Handyman arrives for your scheduled service and finds the scope of the work is outside our Level 1 Services you do not pay; If we can't complete the project, you never pay.
