+ -1 moreMitchell's did an excellent job. Both Brenda and Terry at the store took the time to help with primary tile and accenting tile selection. We are not decorators, and their assistance was invaluable. Scott, the installer, was a perfectionist with the tile layout and installation. When the tile manufacturer sent us a lot number other than our ordered accent tile, resulting in a different color, Scott pointed out the problem to us. Mitchell's worked with the manufacturer's sales representative to resolve the issue. We are very pleased with how our bathroom looks now. These folks provide great customer service throughout the project. We would use them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Mitchell's completely retiled our bathroom, shower, and tub deck. They helped with tile selection, accenting color, and made suggestions on tile layout. Scott did the actual installation of the tile and did a fantastic job. During the project, he offered suggestions on tile layout to improve the overall look of the project.
