The wonderful customer service started when I made my first call to set up the appointment. The receptionist was polite and courteous. She scheduled the service immediately and the plumbers, Bob and Joe, were punctual and very professional. The job started out as a simple main line clean out, but quickly grew into an enormous job! The roots from the tree in the front yard had grown into the sewer pipe and was completely blocking the pipe. The plumbers kept me informed every step of the way. They showed me the root filled pipe and the area where the pipe had collapsed. The job took a couple of days, but the plumbers did exactly what they said they were going to do and showed up on time each day. I was very pleased with the work the gentlemen did and their polite and professional manner. This was the first time I called this company, but I will definitely call them again. Thanks Angie! With your help I found a great new plumbing company. I would highly recommend this company!

I have been looking for a plumber since January this year. My home was built in the 50's and all plumbing is under slab. I emailed this man and he called right back. A plus in my book. Talked about what I wanted done, told me he would put my name in rotation and call me with a day and time within a couple days. A week later I'm still waiting to hear from him. As of today still no word. I emailed him and told him to take my name out of his rotation. I really thought I found a plumber, but guess I was wrong.

My house was built in the mid 50's. The water pipes were original. Had a major leak in November and was concerned about more leaks, more repair bills. The decision was made to replace all of the hot and cold water pipes. I had an estimate completed the day before the job was started. Three estimates and levels of repairs were provided allowing me an opportunity to decide how much I wanted done and how much I wanted to pay for the replacements. The men who came out to do the repairs were very polite and respectful. Tremendous respect for my being an older adult. Boxes and items in the garage were in the way of their working space, but I was encouraged to allow them to move boxes and items. Arik the team leader didn't want me to get hurt moving anything. They cleaned up their mess, supplies and offered to move back all of the items and boxes. Never before have I had a service technician not tell me to do it myself as it wasn't in their job description. Customer service was paramount in their behavior. The job was big. It took 4 men two days and the third day was 2 men and half day for another man. It was the same team all three day. Arik noticed a gas leak and repaired it. He brought my water heater up to code, as well as repaired a gas valve and a couple of other valves. The water pan under the pan and the pop off valve were not vented to drain outside. This was done. My house water shut off valve was outside my fence at the water meter. Arik and crew replaced the original pipes leading to the house, and installed a shut off valve next to the house. All of the hot and cold water pipes in the house were replaced. Shut off valves were installed on every faucet, toilet, water line to the ice maker and also the dishwasher. I would use them again.

A plumber arrived to assess the problem. Hr provided me with an estimate to repair the pipe. He explained the holiday would double the price. He gave me the option of waiting one day to lower the price to the regular price. Because I had company and the water to the house was turned off, ie: the bathrooms would be shut down, I told him to go ahead with the repairs. He showed me the section of pible leaking. When it was done, he advised the replacement of all hot and cold water piipes as they were in bad shape and the age wage was approximately 60+ years old. This young man was very polite, respectful. He enjoy. his job. I had the feeling he was honest and trustworthy. This was a very positive experience.

The installer sent said her was told to charge $275.00 PER disposal. I told him he could leave, and then he said he knew it was way too high, but when "the boss" called to send him on the job, that's what he said to charge. So he just charged me $275.00 total. He was not even here and hour, so it should have not cost more that $125.00 I needed them installed ASAP, but I will never call them for anything else again. The work is good, but outrageously overpriced. They have done work for me a few times in the past year and I thought the charges were higher than they should be. These repairs were major and were covered by my home insurance. But when they tried to gouge me on the last job, and still did at half the price, they lost my business.

I am having the pipes in my home replaced and called this company for an estimate. I was told that it would cost $55.00 for an estimate and they would be out at 4 pm the next afternoon. I agreed to those terms and the next afternoon I waited until 5pm for them to show. They never did. I called the company and the receptionist told me they decided to send a technician by my house on his way home from work. I told her I had been waiting and no one ever called to inform me of the change. She just said " Oh well, Sorry about that" I cancelled and called another company with free estimates.

I was getting ready to move into a house and needed the water heater fixed ASAP. My realtor recommended Curly's because he had been happy with their installation of a tankless water heater. It was easy to make an appointment at the time I needed and the tech showed up on time. He installed a new thermostat control and thermocouple (parts which the previous owner had left behind). The water heater now works fine. This cost $175. Since he was here, I showed him the running toilet. He replaced the fluid master, flapper, and supply. Curly's gives a 25% discount on parts that they provide while doing work. This cost $116.25. (Yow!) I showed him another toilet that I was concerned about because of the corroded parts. It was currently working OK as far as I could tell, but I decided to have it rebuilt to forestall any future problems. He replaced the flush valve, bolts, gasket, fluid master, flapper, and supply. This cost $138.75. (Yow, again!) The next day I noticed the second toilet was leaking water onto the floor. I called it in and they sent the same guy right out to fix it. He had neglected to cut the plastic overflow tube to a level below the tank handle, so the tank was filling up and water was coming out the tank handle hole. After some time I noticed there was still water leaking onto the floor. I called again and a different guy came out. It turned out that water was leaking around the bolts. He seemed to have fixed it and left, but I had to call again within a few minutes and he came back and worked on it some more. The leak was fixed. After another day or so I noticed the toilet was running and one of the parts was making weird noises once in a while. I called again and they sent the first guy back out. He replaced the fluid master, since apparently the previous one he installed was defective. All of this took place over the course of 6 days. There was no charge for the recalls. I was very pleased with the phone support and responsiveness, but the quality of work on the toilets was poor and the price was really high. The first toilet still has a running problem which appears to be related to the flapper allowing water to slowly leak into the tank. My husband has decided to fix it himself.

They responded very quickly and we have used them before for unclogging a toilet. They came out quickly then as well. I had looked on line and they were very highly rated. They were very nice and took care of the problem.

The installation of the faucet was fine but after the initial attempt to correct the commode there was no improvement. However, Curly's contacted me the day after the serviceman was here to inquire how things went and when I told them that there was no change in how the commode was working, they apologized and had the man come back out within the hour. When the same man came back out, although he was very nice, he looked at it but did nothing to attempt to correct it. After he left for the second time, Curly's called me again and when I told them nothing had changed they had a different plumber come out to check it out. This time the man found the problem very quickly and within 30 minutes had fixed it and it is working great. Curly's was very diligent in checking back with me and extremely nice to deal with. I knew it was important to them that my problem was resolved and they always made sure to tell me before they came back out that there would be no additional charge. I will definitely call them the next time I have need for plumbing services.

David arrived on time, was polite, and got the job done.

Each time I have called him to come out and do work, he has given me a very reasonable price. On this particular visit, I had to have them come out on a Saturday, so the minimum charge was a hundred and twenty-five dollars since it was a Saturday. No matter who you call though it is going to be expensive. Overall, I think he is right in line with everyone else in terms of pricing.

Called in the morning, came later in the morning, quicker than they had guessed. He gave me a price estimate range and quickly found the problem. Kept the cost at the lowest end of the estimate. He was polite, clean and really knew what he was doing. Didn't have a chance to compare prices with anyone else, but we had used them before and found their prices reasonable.

They did a good job. They were able to come out the day I called because they had a cancellation. They had to drill thru the slab repair a pipe and then repair the slab. Apparently this happens about 20 to 25 years after a home is built. They were able to find the problem just a few minutes after being here and did a good job.

I CALLED CURLEY'S AND SET UP THE UP THE APPOINTMENT. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PLUMBING NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. HE SHOWED ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND REPLACED. HE ALSO STATED THE COST AND TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO DO THE JOB. VERY GOOD COMPANY.

CURLYS WAS THE SECOND PLUMBING COMPANY WE CALLED OUT TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM WITH THE SEWER IN OUR FRONT BATHROOM. AFTER MAKING THEIR INITIAL VISITS AND UN-CLOGGING THE TOILET SEWER THEY MADE AT LEAST TWO MORE TRIPS TO OUR HOUSE AT NO CHARGE TO UN-CLOG THE SEWER. WE WERE GRATEFUL THAT THEY WERE ALWAYS WILLING TO KEEP COMING BACK UNTIL THE SITUATION WAS TAKEN CARE OF.
