+ -1 moreThey are very good. When they got here, the washing machine started working. I had everybody over here. It would work. They inspected all the plug work. I had to pay $60 fee for them to come out. But they said, if I would have them back out for anything else, they won't charge me. We use them all the time. They've been here for four or five times. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I have used A Millsap Appliance Repair because I had problems with my washing machine.

+ -1 moreThe repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. He gave me two options to repair and I opted to drink and have ice from filtered water (of course the most expensive option). He returned about one week later to install the ordered parts and was quickly on his way. We had no problems and can taste a noticeable improvement in our water and ice. His bill was accurate and seemed reasonable.
Description of Work: Water leak under refrigerator... Millsap came in to diagnose problem. He recommended replacing the water filter and housing on the unit. He also gave me a bid for simply bypassing the water filter which was in essence what we had been doing for the past few years as we had no idea that there was a water filter on our refrigerator. He ordered the part and scheduled a date to install. While he was there he cleaned out the coils under the unit and I cleaned and mopped the floor under the fridge.
