Honestly, their was one snafu. The machine appeared, as advertised in great shape. Started right up, and looked good. Unfortunately, it had a pretty sizeable oil leak, right from the get go, as a matter of fact there was a puddle under the unit on the trailer. I called my contact at Tritex, quite honestly expecting the worst, even though I had had good relations so far with them. Ken could not have been better... he told me to remove the affected hydraulic ram, and send it to him, and he would repair it at no cost to me. Upon removal, we learned that the ram was bent, now I know that I did not bend it, Ken stated, they did not bend it, which only leaves the trucker in the middle. Rather than screw me, Ken honored his word, and the reputation of his Company. They replaced the ram, it took a little while, but just showed up the other day. Good as new. In short, I would happily deal with him again, and recommend them to others.
