Good customer service very professional

they have not done anything yet they said it would b 7 to 10 days when they would get the screens in it has been 21 days still waiting nobody has call me or to touch base with me .

I wanted an estimate for service for screens for 9 windows haven't heard from anyone which for me they suck i will find someone else's services

We went with a different window repair due to the fact we weren t pleased with the amount of time it took to get requested documents from the company. We made several attempts to get documentation for the screens to provide to the electric company and it took a few weeks to receive the items. Also, we noticed that several of the screens looked as if they were not installed properly and were barely attached to the windows. Needless to say shortly after we noticed it there were high winds and a screen that wasn t properly installed blew off and was severely damaged. The company quickly replaced the screen and attached additional clips to all windows to keep them in place. We were informed that the individual that installed the screens was not as experienced and my husband was informed that the replacement screen would be no cost to us because it was improperly installed. A few months after the screen was replaced we received a phone call that we were past due on paying $75 for a replacement screen that was initially installed improperly and we were also being charged a $50 late fee. We were never contacted by phone or email in regards to the matter and once it was stated to the company that we were never contacted suddenly the late fee was waved. It was clear that we would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. Initially, Shade Shield installed solar screens on all windows for our home and when we decided to do the same with our porch we decided to go with a different company. We were not doing business with someone who fails to follow through or goes back on their word.
