 + 0 moreIt went so smoothly! What a great experience. Alfredo (the owner) came to our house, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the cost and got to work immediately. He was finished within 2 days and the leaking problem was completely fixed. I couldn't have been happier with the service, quality and professionalism that is Kasa Renovations. I will definitely use them again and refer them to any of my friends!
Description of Work: We were having issues with our shower that was previously tiled by another tile company. The grout was cracking and the water would leak out of the shower and onto the floor. When Kasa Renovations came to look at it, it was evident that the previous tile company had used the wrong type of grout for the shower and the shower needed to be completely re-grouted.

 + 0 moreMaster Craftsman ALERT! After inheriting my mother's house, we desperately needed to change the 30+ year carpet. After showing us many options of what we could do with our flooring, we chose a wood laminate type of flooring. But that wasn't all, we needed some splashing around the master bath completed and new tile around the fireplace, Alfredo talked and walked us through all parts of the renovating process, clearly showing his love for his craft! Trust me when I say, "Look no further!" because Kasa Renovations will assist you in making your renovating dreams come to life!
Description of Work: ripped up all old carpet in areas desired, put in new wood laminate, replace stones around the fireplace, new flashing around the master shower.

Description of Work: 1. Removed carpet from master bedroom and applied floating wood floor. 2. Removed carpet from stairs and built new sets of wood stairs in two areas, stained and varnished.
