Diagnostic A/C

The owner’s name is Marvin Williams. He is very professional and prompt. We like that he only does what needs to be done. If all our air conditioner needs is cleaning and filter then he does cleaning and filter and he charges us for that only which is a minimal price. Also, we had a part that was under warranty and we had to get it within a certain amount of time. He noticed that and informed us. We hadn’t noticed. We have inconvenienced him because we have had him come on call. Usually people charge us for that but he had to come back and we don’t think he charged us extra for that. He takes really good care of his clients. He goes above and beyond. We would absolutely continue to use him in the future.
