The carpenter ants started dying very quickly in fact, the same day he sprayed. I was impressed with the professionalism of Blake, the technician. It seemed Blake really cared about our situation. Office support was outstanding. I see more ants dying every day. I am confident if we needed backup assistance Blake would do a great job. This is a very good company, in my opinion, and you don't have to sign a contract. It was good value for the money.

When I bought my home in 2020, I was not aware that our whole block has a significant infestation of sugar ants that just would not stop invading my home despite trying every spray and online remedy. . Tyson totally restored my trust and confidence in Beeline. Employees such as him should be a role model for company customer service. Initially approximately 2yrs ago, Tyson came to our home and provided excellent service, when it came time to renew someone else came out and let's just say I was not pleased at all to the point I cancelled all future business with your company, however due to the professionalism and a lasting impression that Tyson left and against my wife's wishes I decided after calling several other pest control services to give Beeline another try. I can't tell the sigh of relief when I opened my door to see Tyson. I did take this moment to share my frustration and disbelief and then he commented "that's not how we do business", Not only did he give me a chance to vent, but he followed it in the professional manner which is why I chose Beeline. Talon did a great job. This is for another property that I own. I asked them to take pictures of the wasp's nests they treated and send with my invoice, and they did. I called them and spoke with Carrie, who also was great, and she give me a quote and had them come out the next day! I would highly recommend Beeline Pest Control. I had used another pest control company at my residence who I called 3 times and I couldn't get them to call me back to give me an estimate.
