I decided on quarterly service with this company. Technician always goes the extra mile and shows up when he says. I had to fire a previous company because the tech would drive up, sit in the truck, never perform service, and then hang a bill on my doorknob while I watched him from upstairs. Never had that problem with Beeline! Good, hardworking, truthful people here. I would definitely recommend Beeline to my neighbors.

All employees (scheduler and technician in this case) are polite and really helpful. Excellent job. Their service is the best we have seen in 30 years of living in Texas.

It is too soon to know since Beeline will have to return after 30 days & treat for any bedbug eggs that hatched. I just hope we don’t have a re infestation. It is pretty expensive when you are living off Social Security. I guess there is no senior citizen discount.

Technician Sam showed up on time and gave me an estimate on pest control job. He promptly got to work and I have been very pleased with results. I will be using this pest control company because they do not try to sell you on monthly service contracts. I do not have a big problem with insects/spiders so I will be calling them as needed. the price was fair.

Customer service is a big part of this company's pitch, right off the bat. It's a family-run business and if the son Colton who gave the quote is an indication of the upcoming quality of work, I'm in for as pleasant an experience as any rodent issue can be.
