I called All Advanced Electric and they answered while on the road. He pulled over and took my name and address, and we talked about a simple job that I needed done. He said he could get to the job the next day and would call me before heading over to do the job. I told him that I needed 15 minutes lead time to drive from my work to my home. He simply never called the day the work was supposed to be done and never called me back period. Nothing ever happened. I guess he just forgot about me. I don't know, but I picked up the phone after the days he said he would call and I made an appointment with another electrician. I won't call him for another job if I don't know if he will ever show up or at least call and make another appointment if he can't make the original date.
Description of Work: He was called to provide work on our home. He was supposed to install an indoor/outdoor ceiling fan and I was also going to have him change a light fixture in my garage.
