They did a good job. It’s a fifty year roof. They went above and beyond repairing wood damage. They’re just very professional and courteous. They came and did the whole roof in one day. They were just wonderful. I’ll recommend them to everybody around.

Due to some extremely high winds the cover on the attic fan on the roof blew off. The material was plastic and had been up for many years and was weathered and brittle making it non-replaceable. The weather report indicated that we should have severe thunderstorms in a couple of days so I knew that we needed to get it covered very quickly. On my way to a meeting one of the Talbert Construction trucks was next to me at a stop light so I got their phone# off the truck's advertisement and called and explained my situation to the lady in the office and she said that someone would contact me within a few hours. About 2 hours later Heath Talbert phoned and stated he would drop by shortly. After looking at the situation he stated that he would have to order a new cover and was not sure if the same type would be available but would get something that would work and would place a temporary cover over the fan until the part came in. A few days later he was back and installed the new cover and back the next day to an aluminum around the base to prevent splash ups getting into the attic. Everything was done very professionally and he explained everything that was done which made it very understandable. I would highly recommend Talbert Construction to be your first phone call when services are needed.

10-3-14 **UPDATE** After last night's storms, with 70-80 mph sustained winds, my roof is 100% as good as it was the day the crew installed it. Just a testament to the quality workmanship that these guys provide. Once again, these guys are good, they won't let you down, and don't hesitate to trust them with your home.

Talbert construction is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Within just a few hours after calling for an estimate Ryan Pryor was here to board up broken windows and inspect my roof. He is very professional and takes care of all the little details! This is the 2nd time we have had to replace our roof because of damage from hail storms. I used another company the first time and after my experience with Talbert construction, I will never have to look for another roofing company again! They are incredible!

Ryan from Talbert Construction was very professional and knowledgeable. The shingles used on my house are heavier and a much higher quality than any other roofing company around. Our home was broken into and the back doors had been forced open, the frames basically destroyed. Talbert construction came highly recommended by a friend. I was impressed by how they responded to our situation. A phone call lead to a site visit and then a scheduled a date for the repairs within the next few days. An emailed estimate was quickly approved by our insurance provider. Talbert Construction then showed up on time with the appropriate materials and manpower to do the job. Because the work was on an unsecured door (for a family that had just been robbed) Talbert planned to finish the job in a single day. I was very pleased with everything they completed. Both doors swung and shut cleanly. The finishing work (trim, paining, caulking) was outstanding. When the job was done and they had gained our approval, they cleaned up their workspace(!). I've worked with numerous contractors when updating other houses, this is probably the best contractor experience I have had.

I called in the morning and they came out that same day in the afternoon, the person that showed up (Ryan Pryor) was very friendly, he replaced the shingles that were missing and looked around to see if there was any major hail damage.

Lupe, was very polite, professional and payed attention to detail. Heath came out later to check the work done and e-mailed pictures of the damaged area before the work was done. Thanks Heath and Lupe!

We had a pipe bust late on a Saturday afternoon. Heath and his crew were on the scene quick and helped to prevent any further damage. The faucet and pipe were replaced and the fans were drying out the walls that night. After a few days we were all dry then Heath's crew repaired the drywall, replaced the trim, and repainted to perfection. After they were finished they cleaned everything up. All of the guys were very nice and professional. I would not hesitate to use Talbert Construction in the future.

Since Talbert did a great job replacing my roof and gutters back in 2011, I called them again when I noticed a water spot on my ceiling. I thought some big tree branches had possibly damaged the roof a little causing a leak. I was amazed at how quickly Heath Talbert got there to check on it. He also came back later to do more checking up in the attic once I could get there. Turns out the roof was fine. He figured out that some old flashing on the porch roof was decayed and debris had backed up underneath it and was trapping water. He came out the next afternoon and replaced the flashing. He even sent me pictures of all the debris and the new flashing. I've worked with both Jared and Heath now. Both are wonderful. They explain things very well and will give you an honest opinion with a fair price. With the roof replacement, Jared worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure that the estimate actually covered everything I was going to need. The crew was there early, finished quickly, and didn't leave a mess. This is a quality company.

They came out within an hour of calling, quickly figured out why the water was collecting, and were very professional in solving the problem (shortening the duct) as well as explaining the original cause of the problem. Overall, I was very impressed.

After a weekend roof leak was discovered I called Talbert Construction to get an estimate for a new roof. Since my insurance provider was excellent, we had no out of pocket expense except the deductible. The old roof was removed and a new roof put in place and then the interior work was started. All the work was done in a professional manner and since we were still occupying the building Scott Walton and his crew even worked on some weekends to keep the inconvenience down. I would recommend calling Talbert Construction, Jared Talbert, Scott Walton or any of the guys with Talbert to get your next project under way.

I came home to a wet house because my water heater busted, I called Talbert construction to come out and help with the dry out and they were there within 30 minutes, Ryan Pryor and Jared Talbert came out and walked me through all the steps of what I needed to take. They met the adjuster the next day and proceeded to restore my house. Before this I had no clue how insurance works in a situation like this but thanks to Talbert construction I have a clear understanding now. They did a great job I will definitely use them in the future

Called Scott Walton from Talbert and he came out gave me a bid. We then scheduled for the work to be done and based on my schedule and had his guys come out and finished the carport in 2 days.

Talbert (Ryan) was able to meet the adjuster at our home and discuss the restoration of the damaged areas of our home due to a water leak. Ryan was at our home the very next day to start the restoration process. He was very thorough with the work he completed and highly knowledgeable about the things that needed to be done in order for our home to be fixed properly.

They came out and met with our insurance company and went over the damages. The contractor was very friendly and professional. We set up date to have roof replaced. The materials were delivered a day or so before the work was done and the contractor came out to make sure they had everything they needed before they got started. The crew was unloading as I was leaving for work around 7:00 am and we're gone by the time I got home. Very quick, professional and courteous service. Next time we need any home repairs or remodels Talbert will be the ones we use.

I was in a bind. Had my house under contract to sell. Contract exasperation dates looming. Inspector said I needed a new Roof, had some rotten decking, and buyer wanted some of the soffit repaired. Talbert Construction performed work in my home and did an outstanding job from start to finish. My hardwood floors were having issues due to excess moisture. Another local contractor recommended replacing parts of the floor. I contacted Talbert Construction for a second opinion and was blown away by the difference in approach. Jared Talbert came by my home the same day and performed a thorough assessment. He was able to save our floors by locating the source of the moisture and helping us to correct that first. Without his attention to detail, we would have an ongoing situation. Jared has a straightforward, honest manner and he kept me informed during each stage of the work. The quality of the roofing work was good. However, they needed to re-deck the entire roof, which significantly increased the amount. Also the re-roofing caused cracking inside the home and getting them to make the necessary repairs was not easy.

I have worked with Talbert Construction before and would highly recommend them. They do quality work and are very professional . They made me feel comfortable and know I am getting only their best. Someone fell through my ceiling (they are safe!) causing a huge gaping hole in my bathroom. Heath Talbert came over that very day to help put up a temporary cover to keep animals out of the house, quoted me a reasonable price and worked around my schedule in order to get the job done. I appreciate them more than I can say and will only call on them for repair work as well as when I am ready to redesign my kitchen.
