They did a good job, did what they said they will got to do, on time when I said they were got to be there, turn a little bit a hand to get started because they had a lot of jobs. I told them I had to have them done by the 12 of September and had done last week. Very of whatever they do.

If you are looking for someone that will give your project the care and attention they would give their own home, then you need Talbert Construction. My wife and I interviewed several construction companies when our roof was destroyed. Most were very nice, but Talbert stood out from the beginning. Heath Talbert took the time to walk through the process, explain our insurance quote including things it missed, and make sure we understood the job. Their materials appeared to be 100x better than what the other companies used and their guarantee certainly is. After we signed the contract, Talbert scheduled the job and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was properly covered. When it was time to start the job, their crew was professional and efficient and kept our home clean at the end of every workday. When more extensive damage was found, Heath kept us informed and helped us make the best decision on repairs. They completed everything in just a matter of a few days and it looks outstanding. What really made the difference in the end were the small things. Both of the Talbert brothers visited the job numerous times to make sure it was done right from the beginning. The crews swept for nails constantly. They put up trim in places where most companies would have merely thrown caulking. They replaced inefficient vents for ridge vents to help keep the house cool in the summer. They repaired and replaced window screens. When a couple of shingles were slightly marred from the 100 degree heat, they swapped them out even though I would have never noticed. I could go on and on. I'm very happy that I selected Talbert Construction and proud of the way my roof looks. I definitely recommend them for any construction projects and plan on using them in the future.

Heath Talbert came to my office and gave us a preview of what Talbert Construction does. I gave him all of my Home Insurance information pertaining to roof replacement, etc. He went to our home to look at the project, and discovered that our adjuster miscalculated some measurements which in turn, my insurance company forwarded the difference to me. He also had the contacts with our insurance company to make that happen. We then took a look at different options on replacing a patio cover on the back of the house. He showed us an actual cutaway sample of that design. Also. We wanted to replace all of our porch posts front, back & sides of the house, but wanted something that was attractive with no maintenance. Once we decided on the style and color, Mr. Talbert found exactly what we wanted and ordered it all from a company in the midwest. The roofing job his company did was impeccable. The workers were very polite, punctual, and efficient. They cleaned up all trash, nails, and pieces. Ran magnets through our lawn to make sure nothing was left behind. They installed a Certain Teed Integrity Roof System, and they went above and beyond the manufacturers minimum requirements to meet the standards of the Integrity Roof System. They also replaced our complete Gutter and Downspouts around the house. Mr. Talbert himself was there with that crew until past 8:00 p.m. that evening. The custom patio cover turned out fabulous. The crew he had constructing it were as professional as the roofing crew.It is thermostat attractive patio cover I have ever seen. The porch posts, railings and bannisters were installed, piece by piece. The workmanship, look and the quality of the finished product is second to none. Our Experience with Talbert Construction was by far the most easy construction job we have undertaken. I attribute that to Mr. Heath Talbert. He never got tired of questions. I've known the Talbert family all my file. The Talbert name is a name that is well known in this community and those two young man that have that company upheld their family reputation very well. I was very satisfied with their work. I was very satisfied with their pricing, estimate and everything. There was nothing that I was dissatisfied at all with what they did.

Did a great job. Showed up when promised and finished same day. Job was professional and job site was cleaned up.Foreman was courteous and friendly. They even checked back a few days later to see if everything was ok.

The workers were very professional. They kept me informed as to what was happening. I have no complaints about this company.

I met Heath at the house where he surveyed the damage. He explained it probably wasn't as bad as it looked. Work was started the next week as agreed upon. A 6x6 post was used to brace the roof and the damaged logs logs were cut off flush with the house. The corner was finished with 2x10's and sealed to prevent any future water damage. A small bannister was built to replace the old logs. I am extremely happy with the timing and the quality of the work.

We were in the process of selling our home. We were going around & around with inspectors & the people who were buying it. There was hail damage in the area so the prospective buyers insisted on a roof assessment & possible replacement. I had this company come out; they assessed the situation they told me the roof didn't need to be replaced at all! They help calm down the whole situation. However, my insurance company insisted it needed to be replaced, so we went ahead & hired them because they were so honest - but I did drop my insurance company afterwards. Everything went really well.

I called Talbert construction out to my house in order to get a roofing estimate. When Chris ( the estimator they sent out) arrived, he told us that we had hale damage and needed to call our insurance company. I did so, and Chris walked me through the whole process with our insurance company. They agreed that we had suffered hale damage to our roof. Before I knew it I was getting a brand new roof on my house with only a 1300.00 deductible. Chris was awesome, and they made the whole process simple. I love my roof, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I needed some repair work done fairly quickly, and I was not sure where to get started. Heath came to my location with one of his team members. After they assessed the situation and gave me a bid, they started working immediately. They finished half a day earlier than they anticipated and even helped with a little extra.

They worked with us while we were trying to get our money from the insurance company. They were really good with us. They even helped us with the paperwork. They were very efficient because they knew what they would be asking. They suggested that we go with a different type of roof than other people were quoting. The suggested a certain T-roof that has a 50 year warranty so we have a certificate that goes with the roof so if anything happens it gets replaced on their nickel. I thought that the price was reasonable. They are a general contractor so they can do more than just roofing, they can do building and other stuff.

Great recommendation. This is a totally professional company who delivers what they say. Contact persons are courteous and helpful in deciding what is needed and what is not. The roofing personnel showed up on time and continued to work until the roofing job was completed, earlier than I expected. Afterwards, they made sure everything was cleaned up and hauled off. I definitely would use this company again.

It was all positive. They were punctual. After they had done the repair service in areas of raw wood, they took the time to find extra paint and they painted over this raw wood and repainted the areas and I didn't really pay for that. They went the extra mile and I didn't really compensate them for doing that. They cleaned up after themselves well because it's very important in roofing that you don't want to step on a nail. They were just a very good crew. They were very competitive.

They were very professional. My only complaint is that the initial estimate said it would cost approximately $3,500 to put on new shingles. However, when the crew showed up to put on the new shingles I was informed that the roof was too badly damaged and needed to be completely re-decked as well as re-shingled. I have no doubt that this was true. It was a very old roof, but I wish they would have discovered and informed me of this in the estimate. I agreed to the additional repairs and the work was completed in an efficient and professional manner.

It all went great only do's for this company.

In 2009, Talbert Construction replaced my roof after a hail storm. Recently, I experienced a problem with birds entering the chimney, I called and he came out the same day to solve the problem by fastening a wire mesh around the metal chimney cap. He was fast and very efficient. It's nice to get good reliable help when you need it. Heath Talbert does good work. I was very pleased with the fast service and I highly recommend his company.

We called Talbert Construction and asked for an estimate to replace a section of our metal roof. Heath Talbert came to our house and said he thought we had hail damage but that we needed to call our insurance company to confirm. We held off on hiring the Talberts until we could get our roof inspected. Our insurance company said that indeed with the hail we'd had, we had extensive damage on the entire roof--house and garage! We had asked Heath to please accompany the insurance adjuster so we had a clear idea of the damages. He did this and explained it to us. Instead of a partial section replacement we had an entire new roof. This was an extensive job but was completed in four days. The Talberts had researched the history of our house to find the correct roof. Heath personally took our antique copper lightning rods off the roof to polish them. They look beautiful. He also had his crew shore up our guttering--which was not included in the estimate. The Talbert's crew chief kept us informed on the specifics. The job was completed and my yard cleaned in 4 days. No metal pieces left anywhere. They even bought our old roof metal. What we got was satisfaction that the look of the house was maintained. And our electric bill has been greatly lowered. Also, all entries to the attic were closed to creatures. However, they still made certain our attic was well ventilated. Our cost? Only the deduction. And this is not all, more than a year later, Heath returned to put a weather vane we had ordered on our garage roof. As much as I had worried about how we would install it, my husband saw Heath at a gas station and told him about it. The weather vane is up and doing its job. It took less than 30 minutes. I contacted them and they sent Jared out to work with me. He explained how much the insurance would pay and what the deductable was i would have to pay. He told me they could put on a top quality roof and install two electric attic exhaust fans. we signed a contract and I paid a deposit. We set a date for approximately one week out. The day before the work was to be done they delivered all of the materials. The next morning they had an entire crew at my place. They were finished at about six thirty that evening and the place was spotless. Jared got me with the electrical person to hook up the fan and now everything is done. I also had a $250 coupon from Angie's list. They told me that they couldn't reduce the amount I would pay as they would be insurance fraud so they threw in $250 worth of extras. The overall experience was very good.

This was a rather large job that took severl days to complete, but all work done,was of the best quality. They took great pains each day, to make sure all trash was picked up, and nothing was left in a mess at the end of each day.

My husband and I called Talbert to do some minor roof repair. We are both in the Army and Talbert was able to work around our schedule. They came out to the house the day after we called and were able to do the estimate and repairs all at the same time. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely use them again should the need ever arise.

WE SIGNED ON FEB 17 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 6-8 WKS AND COST 65K. WE STAYEDHOME EVERYDAY (JUST IN CAST SOMEONE SHOWED UP TO WORK). WHEN THEY DID SHOW UP IT WAS NO EARLIER THAN 9:30AM (ONLY 2 PEOPLE OUTSIDE) ,AFTER 1.5 HR LUNCH THEY WERE PACKING UP TO GO HOME BY 4:30. ON THE BATH ONLY 1 PERSON AND HE WOULD SHOW UP NO EARLIER THAN 10:30AMWE WENT ON VACATION IN APRILM (AFTER 7.5 WKS) THEY WERE NO WHERE NEAR BEING FINISHED SO WE PAID A FAMILY MEMBER TO COME TO OPEN UP THE HOUSE EVERY DAY WHILE WE WERE AWAY B ECAUSE WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE GOING TO FINISH BEFORE WE CAME HOME.UPON ARRIVING BACK HOME WE SAW THAT ALMOST NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. AT THAT POINT ONE SECTION OF THE "WHEELCHAIR" RAMP WAS PARTIALLY COMPLETE AND WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT ADA, THEY HAD TO REDO IT AND IT STILL WAS NOT ADA. AFTER THE CONTRACTOR SHOWED ATTITUDE BECAUSE HE BELIEVED IT WOULD "DO" , I BROUGHT OUT MY HUSBANDS WHEELCHAIR AND ASKED HIM ( THE CONTRACTOR) TO TRY IT! WE HAD SOME WINDOWS REMOVED UPSTAIRS TO PUT IN A DOOR TO THE OUTSIDE, WE WANTED A SLIDING DOOR BECAUSE OF THE EASE, WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 4-6 WKS FOR SPECIAL ORDER AND SO WE CHOSE A FRENCH DOOR THAT WAS IN STOCK BECAUSE OUR CONTRACTOR ADVISED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE THAT LONG TO WAIT. AFTER DELIVERY THE DOOR SAT ON OUR PATIO FOR 5.5 WKS B EFORE INSTALATION AND THEN IT DID NOT FIT RIGHT SO IT TOOK ANOTHER 6WKS TO WORK ON IT AGAIN. AFTER ALL THAT, IT WAS HUNG CROOKED AND THIER "FIX" WAS TO APPLY WEATHER STRIPPING IN THE GAPS. SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH THE BATH..THE SHOWER KIT WE WANTED WAS ON BACK ORDER FOR 4WKS AND WE WERE TOLD WE NEED THEM RIGHT AWAY, SO I PURCHACED A SIMILAR SET ONLINE AND PAID $100 FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.UPON ARRIVAL THE BOXES WERE OPENED AND WE TOLD THEM WHERE WE WANTED EVERY THING TO GO...14 WEEKS LATER WE WERE TOLD THAT THE FIXTURES WE BOUGHT WOULD NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY WERE THE FROM EUROPE...SO WE HAD TO BUY MORE. IN THE BEGINNING THE HAD A LARGE DUMPSTER BROUGHT OUT AFTER IT WAS FULL THEY LEFTIT THERE AND BEGAN JUST LEAVING TRASH ALL OVER MY YARD AND LEAVING IT THERE. THEY EVENTUALLY HAD THE DUMPSTER REMOVED BUT LEFT ALL THE TRASH LYING AROUND IT. THE DECK AND RAMP WERE SUPPOSED TO BE COMPOSITE BUT THEY USED "MARINE BOARD" ON THE RAMP BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY OVERSPENT ON THE SCREENED PORCH SO THEY HAD TO CUT COST...HAVE ALREADY HAD TO REPLACE SOME OF THAT AND NEED TO REPLACE MORE...THE DOOR ON THE SCREENED PORCH ARE CROOKED AND DO NOT CLOSE OR STAY CLOSED. THE COMPOSITE DECKING IS STAINED FROM, WHAT APPEARS TO BE PAINT OR DRYWALL DUST.THE SHOWER DOES NOT DRAIN, THE TOILET DOES NOT FLUSH EASILY ANY LONGER, THERE IS NO LIGHT ABOVE MY HUSBANDS SINK AND THERE IS NO SAFETY COVER ON ELECTRIC OUTLET IN THE "WET ROOM" AMONG SEVERAL OTHER SMALL PROBLEMS. THEN AT THE END OF IT ALL, THEY WANT TO CHARGE US AN EXTRA 16K BECAUSE THE HAD TO REDO THE RAMP THAT THEY KNEW ALL ALONG WAS FOR A WHEELCHAIR!

We saw a sign in the neighborhood from someone else getting a roof because of hail damage. We called Talbert Construction, and they sent someone out to inspect the roof. He said we definitely had damage, and that the insurance should cover it. We called the insurance company, and they sent out an adjuster. Two people from Talbert came at the same time, and showed the adjuster the damage. Thanks to the professionalism of the people from Talbert, not only did the adjuster approve the claim on the roof, but also on the carport. We also asked for a quote to build a roof over our back porch, and it was good. Talbert started the job earlier than we expected, and their crew were very efficient. They picked up every bit of construction material, and used a magnet in the yard for nails. We would highly recommend this company.

Due to a hailstorm they replaced our roof. From the time I asked for an estimate, to the time they came by to measure and give us the price was a matter of hours. Jarred Talbert explained the process to us, and when we told him what our insurance agent said the roof was worth, he called and told him what was going on, and also explained that there was some damage to the windows and AC unit that he missed as well. They use top of the line shingles, and provide a 20 year warranty and wil come back and fix or replace anything during that time. Once we signed the contract it took a couple of weeks to schedule the job and get the supplies here due to the number of jobs they had going on, but once they started, they were done in abou t 8-10 hours, with the only trace that they were here was 2 bags of shingles that were left over. Jarred came out to inspect and did not like something he saw, so he called his contractor to come put and replace some wood and paint it to match. That is service. I recommend Talbert and will use them again if needed.

Very nice and professional young men came by our house and told us of hail damage in our area that we did not know about. We contacted our insurance company and the Talbert met with our adjustor and their estimate was exactly what the adjustor estimated. All we paid was our deductable. Talbert did everything they said when they said and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Arrived at scheduled time, finished on time. Excellent clean up. Had a water leak in some flashing, had to come back couple of times to find exact location of leak, but kept coming back until it was found and repaired...no leak since.
