Description of Work: talbert contruction came on time , laid out drop cloths all around the house to catch anything that might fall(nails, etc). |they removed and shingled the roof in one day. the workers were professional and cleaned up when done. a supervisor was onsite the whole time to make sure everything was done right. AAAAAA+

Description of Work: Painting: The exterior cornice, garage door and patio cover were painted. The rust on the patio cover had a converter used on it to allow paint to adhere which slows if not stops continuing decay. Wood Repair: The Masonite siding was replaced on the gables and front porch.

Description of Work: sent a man out, gave approximate estimate over phone and never heard from him again. called Talbert to get another estimate, they said the man did not work for them anymore but they did not send anyone else.

Description of Work: They replace defective shingles on my very steep roof. They also inspected for and replaced all shingles that looked good currently ( viewed from the ground) but showed signs of future failure. I was very happy with their work. My roof was shedding shingles faster than I could replace them, and I haven't lost one since their repair.

Description of Work: I called this company twice. The first time, Amanda answered, was very pleasant, but no service person followed up with a phone call to set up a time to come out. I called again several days later, Amanda again answered and was very pleasant. This time, someone named Nick called me, but set up only another time to CALL again a few days later. Nick never followed through with that. I don't have time for this. I'll find someone else. They might do great work, but if you can't get them to your house, it doesn't matter!

Description of Work: Our shingles kept flying off the roof anytime it was slightly windy outside and they were able to find a way to get the roof shingles repaired under warranty so did not cost us anything they did a great job would recommend them to anyone.
