The experience went very well. They are prompt and do a good job. I got them through my home warranty company.

We have known them for 15 years. If they are not sure how to make something work, unlike a lot of people who go ahead and do it, they will research it, consults his father and somehow make sure and try everything he can. We have an old house and lot of the conditions are older than him. He is always straight up about he does and he is reasonably priced. I think they are very professional in the way they handle everything. They are very neat and honest.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Mr. Layne's responsiveness and the fact that he contacted someone who was qualified to do my repair.

Layne's Professional Services was able to help us on short notice, the day I called! I certainly appreciated this. Mr. Layne did a thorough job and took time to explain his findings. I forgot to ask about a military discount before I finished paying him so he offered to do a free pest control service when we were ready for one. He is a very pleasant person and this helps you feel comfortable. Some of the time it was difficult to discern whether he was saying things jokingly or not. Mr. Layne was professional for the most part. He is certainly knowledgeable concerning all of the structures of a home. I had a few questions concerning the inspection report after I read it. He was happy to promptly answer them.
