Haul -N- Junk

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Darin came to my home and evaluated the job and gave me an idea of the cost. On the day, Darin and helper arrived promptly and worked very hard. They had it cleaned out completely in less than 3 hrs. They worked with me on sorting the "keep" with the "go" stuff and helped me put back the keep stuff in an orderly fashion. What a blessing they both were! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

Initially, I had Darin to come to view what I needed removed and to explain services, cost and we scheduled an appointment. On "clean out" day, Darin called prior to coming and arrived on time and went straight to work. They were done in about 2 1/2 hrs. They worked very hard every moment they were there and even moved a shelf unit and stacked some boards for me from the garage to the house once the job was completed. Both young men were friendly and patient as we sorted what stayed and what was to be removed. I really appreciate the consideration they showed me. I highly recommend Haul N Junk to anyone needing this service.

When searching the internet for junk removal services I happened across a link for Haul-n-Junk, a Waco-area service. On Monday, April 28, 2014, I contacted them at the number given and spoke with Darin, the owner. We agreed he would come by that afternoon to evaluate the job and give a quote. He came by, as promised, and we agreed on a price--a ridiculously low price, less than the amount shown on this review (which includes a very well deserved tip). We agreed on a time convenient for both of us, which was the afternoon of Wednesday, April 30, a time that coincided with the completion of a moving job he had earlier that day. Win-win. He and his assistant arrived mid-afternoon after having me called me earlier that day to confirm the appointment and the time frame. They removed a lot of stuff, just the kind of detritus a put-it-off person like me accumulates over the years, including: -an old, non-working piece of lawn equipment -a terribly heavy, old and rusted steel BBQ pit -a lawn cart full of rock (heavy load) -a number of stray bricks -some broken down office furniture left over from a recent home office remodel Even after breaking a couple of pieces of his equipment (furniture dolly and a ratchet strap), Darin refused to alter his quote. He said, "it comes with the territory and I'll stand by my word." Who hears that any more? In summary, Darin was professional and courteous, communicated, kept his appointment times, did the work expected, and held to his original quote. Truly, what more could you ever ask of someone? I HIGHLY recommend him.
