They are a good company and they do their thing. I have no complaints.

I called Econocuts on a Monday and the rep said that the mowers would come by my house and give an estimated. By Friday I hadn't heard anything (and the rep had told me that the mowers are in my area on Fridays so I wanted to make sure my yard was taken care of); so I called the office. When the rep answered the phone, they were laughing and joking so hard she couldn't even greet me. I thought nothing of it and explained my situation. She said she would call the mowers and give me a call back; which she did in about five minutes. She informed me that the mowers would be by my house in a few hours and before they did the work, they would call and tell me how much the monthly cost would be. About 1.5 hours later, the mowers showed up (I think the main one's name was Tony). Tony took a look at my yard and gave me a weekly price of $10 (my yard is very very small) and asked would I like the service. I politely accepted.

2 separate crews were sent for the work. The crew for lawn maintenance was very punctual however the landscapers showed up 3 weeks after promised. They continued to call and claim to be coming "tomorrow" however it turned out to be 3 weeks after anticipated.

They come out twice a year. They are the best I've ever had so far. I pay them each time they come out. I got a deal for $27 apiece and they did what I wanted. They did a good job on the front yard. They made it neat and clean. On the backyard they did some weed eating around all of my Ligustrum bushes, which no one else would have ever done except my neighbor. They have a crew of seven people. They are fast. I wasn't there the first time that they came, but they came before eight o'clock in the morning the second time. I was really impressed with that. I would use them at least two more times because I have already prepaid for that.

Overall it has been great. They are on time, they are professional. They are clean. When the cut the grass there is no grass on the sidewalk. They are quick. They are usually done in 15 minutes.

Good professional yard service. Reasonably priced in line with other companies. We asked for an estimate to replace some grass in the back yard...we did not go with them - we thought the estimate was too high. Instead our grown son did the work.

They do everything as promised. When I ask them to do a few things extra, they do it and don't complain and don't charge me more. Paying by the month they charge me $27.00 a service, which is excellent.

The sales experience was great. They delivered exactly what they stated and the work was even better than I expected. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a fence installed.

They seemed to be most knowledgeable and have the best skill. We kind of have a unique yard, and they seemed to have the knowledge about how to work around the obstacles that we had. Their price was reasonable too. There were some providers that were cheaper than them though. They were awesome and I would use them in the future.

Econocuts did a thorough job on our lawn. They were always on time and took pride in their work.

They do a really good job. I like coming home and seeing that they have been there. It brightens my whole day, as it looks really good. They were very responsive right from the start as far as getting to me. If they are delayed by rain, they will call you and tell you when they will make it.

We are very satisfied with the work on our yard. He completes the yard in about 10 minutes. All the grass is cleaned up and the edges are trimmed nicely. We have used Econocuts for a while now, they are very reliable and the price is fair.

The landscaper returned my call, followed up with an estimate for fertilizing my lawn and building up my flowerbeds. Their prices were very high, but they convinced me they would do a real good job. The landscaping was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on, but the landscapers were not on time. They pulled everything out of my flowerbed, flowers and all; and put mulch in the bed and they didn't do a good job treating the lawn, because there were brown spots. They told me I would have a nice green lawn, but that didn't happen. They left a big mess and I had to do the beds myself, so I will never use this company again or recommend them.

Econocuts has been coming to my home for many years now, and I have never been disappointed with them. They come out every week in the middle of the season and cut back to every other week in the off season. They are always here on time and do a great job of getting the lawn taken care of. My lawn is always perfectly cut and healthy. I can't say enough about the job they do for me.

Econocuts does a really good job. They come out once a week in the growing season and do their job. In November, December, and January, they come out two times a month and do a winter fertilization. They also rake the yard for the same price. I am pleased, and I have been using them for a few years. I never have a problem with anything. I am going to continue to use Econocuts for a long time.

HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 6 YEARS. VERY FAST, NOT VERY FRIENDLY MOWERS, BUT PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE OK. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. HAD DEAD WILD ANIMAL IN MY BACKAND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO TELL ME.
