Description of Work: Left message for roofing estimate. Call was returned and tentative appointment made for the following day , with a call midmorning to inform me of time of visit. Never received a call. It is possible I was called while on a long distance call and I couldn't answer his call, but if so he should have tried back. No follow up.

His work has proven to be quality work. I will look for Mr. Reece again when I have additional improvements done to my home.

+ -1 moreRobbie, the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and explains the process and issues clearly and simply during the quote process, including options to consider to save money and what is the best way to have the job performed. His crew was very focus, dedicated, and paid a lot of attention to details. They were always willing to answer any questions when asked. I would absolutely use them again an recommend them to anyone interested in having their roofs done. They didn't even ask to put a sign in my yard afterwards for advertising. They were recommended to me by two other co-workers who were also very satisfied. Their pricing was very fair and competitive. I was surprised at the significant different in bid's / quotes I received from other roofers, with one bid being almost 100% higher ha, ha.
Description of Work: They rmoved my existing shingles and replaced them and all of the flashing. I decided to buy the materials instead of having them included in the quote. It took them two days to complete it. During the process they cleaned up (each) day before they left and at the end of the project they were very thorough in reviewing cleaning up and ensuring all of my questions were answered. Being a local company they also stand behind their work. I've very confident that if I did have any concerns or issues now that they would stand behind their work.
