Description of Work: Did not meet at appointed time for estimate. When I called, said they were waiting on a ride. I canceled my request for a quote.

Description of Work: Let me first start by saying that the movers (especially the owner) was very nice and exhibited professional conduct. Unfortunately, I gave them a Overall Rating of C for the following reasons: |1) I did not like the vehicle that was used to transport my belongings. They used a a large trailer (it seemed to be a trailer for hauling horses & cows). For the price, I expected they were going to use a professional truck. As a result, they had difficulty maneuvering it to unload my belongings. When this happened, they crushed the sidewalk in front of my house ... I have pictures to support this! |2) I realize they had quite a haul back to East Texas ... BUT, they were aware of this prior to accepting the contract. You can tell they were on a time-crunch because they quickly unloaded things. I'm a veteran in the Air Force, so I am accustomed to moving both in-state and overseas. They "piled" things in one of the rooms rather unsafely and things came tumbling down and almost fell on me - breaking one of my pictures BEFORE THEY LEFT MY SUBDIVISION. I called the owner immediately. |3) When moving my 6 piece wall unit, they scratched my hardwood floors. |On the above (# 2 and # 3) the owner never offered any sort of reimbursement for the damage. I didn't expect much in terms or monetary, however and offer would have been the professional thing to do.

Description of Work: Me and my family just moved from Houston,tx to Marshall,tx. We had heard from a friend of ours who had used ICANN MOVING through an online service called Uship. She mentioned that they had moved her from Plano,Tx to Woodlands,tx. She highly recommended them so we decided to give them a try. We hired to pack and move me and my family along with my mother. They gave me a pretty fair price which i thought was high at first but i figured since my friend had used them then they must be pretty good. And well i have to say that they were well worth our money. These movers and packers did an outstanding job. They were very respectful. I was very impressed at the professional work that we recieved. This move was worth every penny.
