Our movers, Elija Dorsey, Tavon Nichols, Orlando Davis, Demarcus Lewis, and Michael Ray, arrived promptly at our home on September 11, 2013. They were very careful with our furniture, and nothing was broken in the move. Everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. The crew was very polite and helpful at all times.

Elijah and his partner were awesome. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and were VERY careful with all of my belongings. And to brag on them about a specific item: they wrapped up and took out my dual recliner couch that doesnt come apart and got it downstairs when I was on the 3rd floor without damaging the couch at all. It was impressive. They also took apart and reassembled both daughters toddler bed and my queen sized bed. They even wrapped the mattress and box springs completely so that they wouldn't get dirty or damaged during the move. I was extremely pleased with them and would gladly use them again.

The men sent to accomplish the move were very professional and took good care of my things. I would recommend them any day.

Elijah and Henrietta were prompt, courteous, and professional from the day our home was assessed, until the day the moving team left. The company had a team to pack us one day, and move the next. Our move was from Longview,TX to Tulsa, OK. Every piece of furniture was shrink wrapped, and padded, & moved without a problem. My husband & I watched in amazement @ the cohesiveness of the team, under Elijah's leadership. Their price was indeed affordable for us,, Another major moving company wanted $10,800 to move us! Elijah is licensed & bonded, we did not have ANYTHING stolen, which, has happened to my sister, with a major van line. We highly recommend this company, & would definitely use them again!

Elijah and his team did a very good job and was professional in handling and preparing the furniture for moving. They fully wrapped furniture items with blankets and plastic wrap. They were courteous. They finished the job in a timely manner, even with being slightly delayed with a previous job 30 miles away. I can recommend this firm to get the job done. Elijah was very reasonable in his pricing of the job.

It was truly a horrible experience. I found several movers on Craig's list and called for quotes. The owner of this company, Elijah, told me that it would be between $600 and $700. He came to my house and looked at everything I had to move. They were suppose to be at my house on moving day between 7:00 and 8:00. They didn't show up until 8:45. When they started loading, Elijah said, "Oh, by the way, we won't be right there when you are." When I asked why, he said that they would be 6 hours behind me because they were going to do another job first. At this point, I had no choice, so they continued to load. Elijah ask me what price he quoted me and I told him between $600 and $700. We both signed the contract, but I did not get a copy. He asked how I was going to pay him and I said that I could either write him a check or go to the bank and get cash while they were loading. He said that he preferred cash, so I went to the bank and got $700 cash. They finished loading at 11:00 and left. They didn't show up in Fort Worth until 7:30 that night. During this time, I didn't even have a chair to sit in. They started unloading the truck and Elijah came into the house and said your bill is $1125. We argued and he said that he and his men would sit my things in the driveway, but not bring them in the house and he was keeping my $2000 TV until I paid him the full amount. I called the police, but they wouldn't help because it was a civil matter. Thankfully, my daughter who just finished law school came over and told him that he was breaking the law and that he would be sued. They argued for over a half an hour and after calling his attorney 3 times, he agreed to put my things in my house for the agreed amount. If my daughter hadn't been there, he would have been successful in his extortion. This was truly the worse moving experience of my life. I believe that this man targets out of town moves and single older people that he can put over a barrel.

I had a great experience considering how stressful moving can be! Eligha was professional, punctual, responed in a timely manner and flexible with my schedule. His crew was very nice and ALL of my belongings made the move without any damages! This was the first move I have ever made without anything getting at least a scratch. I have a lot of heavy antiques and I am very pleased with how they padded and moved them. He had quoted me $2000 after seeing my belongings and he came down on his price when I told him it was too expensive for my budget. I ended up paying him $2000 because he exceeded my expectations and the extra cost for me was offset by putting off minor repairs in my new home. Job well done!

These Guys are all over the moving business this company is going places and they are off to a good start in my book. They are insured so that put my mind at ease. They do what they say they are going to do. Best of all they move anything from hot tubs to Grand Pianos. I have it all. I would definatly recommend this company. Thanks Icann Moving.

My experience with Icann Moving was a very pleasant experience. These guys really know there stuff. There staff is very respectfull and understanding to your needs. This company moved our 3500sq.ft home from Tyler to San Antonio. The companies manager Elijah came in and gave me a quote before the move to insure that it was going to be in our budget. It was a little high at first but he then told me that they have connection through Uship and was able to lower our cost by $500. We were very empressed. There movers came in there uniforms on time and ready to work,they did'nt waist a minute getting started. They wrapped all of our belongings just like they say that they would. Thanks Movers and Packers for all the Hard work!!!

They were very prompt and professional. They were courteous and very neat. They just did a fabulous job. Elijah is marvelous. He is very personable, comes in and gets right to business. The 4-man crew was actually early and worked diligently until the work was completed. I have made several moves in my lifetime, including overseas, and I have NEVER had a the pleasure of a better moving company. They really went above and beyond and their pricing was very reasonable as compared to the eight other companies that I had gotten estimates from.

The movers never showed up to do their job and they did not return my calls.

They arrived promptly at noon as agreed on 3/2/13. They were driving a UHaul truck, 21 ft long. When i asked was it big enough I was told it was the biggest UHaul had that morning. They had dollies and moving blankets. The guys working were great, but completely without supervision. They kept having to call Elijah for each and every detail, i.e.: when do we load piano, where and when do we load safe, what time can we quit?etc. They never once used a moving blanket, even with my offers to suppy more, (thiers where thrown on ground.) They loaded house first, then moved on to garage. The truck filled quickly at that point, and my husband was told it was his fault because a lot of his tools could not be stacked. ( I think a company owner who toured the garage and had the tools pointed out to him, should have made plans for this, and reserved a truck rather then taking "the biggest one they had" one the day of our move.) So, with 4 hours remaining of our 6, we made what was our 1 trip. They dropped off what tools they had been able to fit at storage and then brought furniture and appliances to new house. Since they had been told to load safe last, it was unloaded and reload at storage, because even though we told them it came to house, the owner Elijah told them to load it last. He was NEVER ONCE present that day. They came to the house and unloaded what was left in truck. At this point, there was still half a truckload at our old house, and 2+ hours left of their time. I asked them to once again call the boss, because since truck was to small to make the move as agreed, I felt the last load should be moved. He told my husband that 2 hours was not enough time to get there and back with load, and we would have to pay $85.00 for another hour, and $45.00 for another trip charge. Also worth mentioning, I was asked to pay as soon as they arrived, then told they would only take cash or a credit card, but cash would be better so guys could be paid. So, with truck empty, 2hours and 20 minutes of time left, and half a truck of our belongings unmoved, we told them we could not afford to pay all the extra money and they left. I waited so long to write this, because i wanted to see how much damage had been done by the sloppy moving. Here is what i have found so far: 1 large scratching dent across lower left side of new freezer, 4 dark marks and 1with scratching dent on upper right side of new freezer. Freezer quit after 3 days here, repairman said was due to rough handling crimping a cooling tube. Scratches on antique Victrola cabinet Top and left side, Scratches into top and sides of antique TV armoire. Gouging scraps, complete with paint embedded on front of piano(upright), below keys. Scratches deep enough to remove all stain and varnish on end table. Scratches deep enough to remove all stain and varnish applies to al damaged wood items, and quite a few had paint embedded in scatches from contact with walls.

ICANN Moving Co. did a wonderful job! Four men and a truck showed up on time and worked diligently for 2 hours moving items from my garage to storage and unloading everything out of my attic. Very courteous and professional. Got to work immediately which was wonderful since the pay rate was by the hour. They got finished an hour earlier than I had estimated and I only paid for the 2 hours they were there. Very nice people to work with. I would definitely use their services again when needed.

My family and i recently moved from Plano,Tx to Richland Hills. We have a 6 bedroom home and needed a company with enough experienced man power to complete our large move. I heard about Icann Moving through a friend in the Tyler,Tx area who highly recommended thier services. They came out to look at our home and gave us a free written estimate the same day i called them. So because they were so prompt we decided to hire this company. They arrived with 8 movvers as per our contract. The movers came in and got started right away with no time to waste. I would'nt even think that they were paid by the hour seeing as how quickly they all were moving. They got our home wrapped up and ready to move in about 8 hours. That is loading two 26ft trucks. We drove to our new home the guys took a litttle break before getting started to unload. Soon as there break was over they got started unloading the trucks. We were set up and ready for bed by 10:00 that night. These 8 men did an outstanding job... is

m experience with Icann Moving was one of the best. They are so polite and curtious. I am in my 70's and needed a lot of assistance with my move. These young men were so patient with me i know i took a lot of there time trying to decide where i wanted everything and what was going and what was not going. They just waited patiently while i made my mind up with no complaints. I really appreciate the work that was performed by these four young men.

My family and I contracted this company for an office move. I was moving my office from the 13th floor to another building across town on the 8th floor. It is a family owned business and we have a lot of things that needed to be packed for this move. The packers at Icann came and helped us pack for a few hours. We scheduled the movers to be at the office first thing the following morning at 7:00. They came right on time. We just needed them to help us with our large items like file cabinets,conference table,and safes. They had all of the proper equipment needed to move all heavy items. These guys really did a terrific job.

I didnt have much that needed to be moved. My belongings are not worth very much but these guys handled my furniture as if it were brand new. I have never recieved that kind of care from any other mover. That made me feel as if they really understand how valuable my furniture was to me. They even set up all my washers and dryers refrig,beds and dressers with mirrors. This was definatly worth my time and money using this company. I made sure to tip each of the men. This has got to be one of the best moving companies I've used in this area. I hired ICANN moving to move my belongings from Carrollton to Farmers Branch. We have a five bedroom home with four kids so we were expecting a very stressfull move. ICANN offered us a full service move that included packing and moving. They came in and packed my home one day and the next day the movers came in and moved my belongings. Every one on the staff from the packing team to the moving team were very knowladgable of the business. They set everything where i wanted it every box and every piece of furniture. The thing i liked is that they did not act like they were in a hurry. I was really confused as to where i wanted everything to go so they were very patient with me. Overall my experience was REALLY TERRIFIC.
