AAA Fence Pros

I have had an absolutely wonderful and positive experience with them. They showed up and gave me a good price after I negotiated a little bit. They came when they said they were going to. The quality of the work was excellent. The quality of their product was excellent. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The weather delayed the job but I was kept well informed. Did a great job at a good price and cleaned up after the job.

I had actually gotten two quotes, one from AAA and one from another fence contractor. As the other contractor was a bit less expensive, my initial decision was to go with him. However, when I called that company back, the owner became very pushy, insisting on a large initial deposit, not wanting to commit to a date until I had signed his contract, and completely turned me off. I called Rey back at AAA and he was so nice. He did not require any money up front, he was accommodating to the date I wanted. He worked with me on some additional gate hardware I wanted. His crew showed up right on time and the job was complete by the end of the day. His crew was respectful of the landscaping around the fence area for both my yard and that of my neighbors. Rey came back at the end of the day to make certain that I was pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend and would use this company again.

They were excellent. They did an excellent job. The handles were not right and they came right away to fix it. We were so shocked that they did everything so well. We’ve had people stop to look at the fence.

My wife stayed home that day since i had to work. Rey's crew was very polite and did a very good job on cleaning up after themselves. Rey called on the morning of the start day to let us know they were coming. I'm so glad that I found Rey's company here on Angie's list and would recommend him to everyone. My neighbor who is splitting the cost of one side is having them finish his other side. Thanks Rey for a good job.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday. No one showed up, called and would not answer or return my call.

I was given a clear, written estimate on the spot. They were very willing to divide estimate into separate sections, so I could choose how much fencing to replace. They were able to start work within the week. The job took only about 6 hours. They were understanding about my request to have a particular section replaced first, so that my neighbors would not have to keep their dogs in for extended time periods. They used 3 2x4 running rails (the horizontal supports) to add stability. The other company from which I received an estimate was going to use only 2 and their estimate was higher.

Our small back yard is surrounded by wooden privacy fencing, each of the 3 sides with a different type of construction. Several panels had pulled away from the posts to the point where we could not pull them back into place and reattach. There is a custom brick front fence with arched gateways on either side of the house, each with a large 2-part wooden gate. Both gates were dry rotted with chunks of wood missing and the hardware needed to be replaced. We found AAA Fencing through Angies List. Ray Huerta arrived on time for the estimate to fix the sagging fencing and rebuild both gates on site with cedar. His crew arrived on time and brought all of the equipment they would need. The job took all day. The new cedar gates are fabulous and so much better than the originals. I can't say enough about the hand made gates with scrolled tops...all hand done. There are no sagging fence panels now and 2 posts were replaced and set in cement. After seeing the final product, I think the price was a bargain. Will definitely use AAA Fence Co again if we need any future work. Do not hesitate to call AAA Fencing.

It pretty much worked out as agreed upon. They gave us an Angie's List discount. There were no issues. They charged pretty much the same as the other providers we had talked to. They did the job when they were supposed to and also cleaned up after themselves.

My husband spoke with Mr. Huerta before they began and expressed his desire to save the 4 x 4 posts. Mr. Huerta was careful to follow those instructions and did a wonderful job replacing the rest of the fence. The job was completed in two days. The wood fencing used in this job is superior to the fence done by a previous company. The price was very reasonable and Mr. Huerta even discounted for the posts he didn't remove.

The fence is well constructed and looks beautiful.They cleaned the area and just did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would (big plus to me)..Rey Huerta inspected the fence and corrected any problems including replacing a couple of the pickets that were split on top without me saying a word.Excellent!!!

This is one of the most professional, expert, companies I've ever dealt with! I asked for a call/email back via Angie's list and received BOTH within about 12 hours. The owner, Rey, was extremely polite and professional and was able to arrange for a visit to give us an estimate. He came for the estimate at EXACTLY the time arranged, spent about 20 minutes walking the property line, and gave me an estimate. The estimate was given on a form, indicating exactly what he would do, when he would do it, and what the price would be. I asked if I could call him in a day or two, but after talking with my wife - and because we felt the estimate was reasonable, plus NONE of the other companies I contacted ever got back with us - I called him back that day and arranged for them to come. Rey told me it would probably be about a week before they could start, but he called back an hour or so later saying that he was able to juggle the schedule and come on the following Wednesday (we talked originally on Saturday). We agreed that the job would start at 9 am, and the crew and Rey showed up EXACTLY at 9 am. Rey estimated that the work would be complete by 4 pm that day, but it was actually completed at 3 pm. I was unable to come home to inspect, but my wife did and called me excitedly to tell me that it was done extremely well. This was an important job for us and we needed to be sure that the fence would be a "dog proof" as possible, since we just adopted two new dogs. The fence was perfectly installed and very well constructed. I cannot possibly provide a higher recommendation than this one. The rest of our fencing will be needing some repairs in a year or two and I will certainly use this company. Rey is a highly skilled, customer service-oriented professional and the crew that worked for him was respectful and highly skilled. What a delight in these days to encounter such a company!

I received estimates from several companies and chose AAA Fence Pros because of their A+ Better Business Bureau rating along with their A rating and several positive comments on Angie's list. AAA Fence Pros' base pricing was in line with the others, but they also had a BBB coupon for a free gate and offered a senior/military discount. They were able to schedule the work within a week of my acceptance of the bid. The team arrived as scheduled and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up their work area and hauled off the debris. The fence and gates look great!

I contacted a number of fence companies from Angie's List and received quotes from three of them. Rey came to my house twice to make sure that we were both on the same page with the project. His estimate was only $20 higher than the other two estimates and he agreed to match the price. His proposal was professionally prepared and outlined in detail all the work that was to be done. The company came yesterday morning and completed the entire job in one day. The fence looks great! I would recommend AAA Fence Pros to anyone!

Good responsiveness on estimate. Was patient while I waited for other estimates. Added some additional features at a reasonable cost. Showed up as promised roughly two weeks after being awarded the bid. Did a good job following the property line and preserving tree limbs. The asphalt work was really soft and took a long time to harden. They returned and put a hard shell on it to help. Overall did a very good job. Worked directly with Rey and he proved to be trustworthy.

I called AAA Fence Pro's to discuss a fence replacement at my home. Ray was courteous and professional on the phone and scheduled a meeting with me, 11:00 am on 7/5 - at my home. On the day of our appointment I called Rey at 11:30 am to remind him of our appointment since he had failed to appear. I left a message and have never received a return call. A terrible manager of his time, unprofessional and lacking common courtesy, this person has cost me money (my time) and I've never even met him! Imagine what he could cost you if you hired him?!? Due to this experience, I will now share my experience with my neighbors - whom all need fences.

I requested a quote and within 24 hours received a phone call from Rey Huerta. He promptly scheduled the walk-through and worked up a quote on the spot. We requested 6" wide cedar pickets on new posts with stain on both sides. He came in with one of the lowest costs and combined with his great customer service he was hired. The hire date was Saturday and he began work the following Wednesday. During the time I was at work, the team came in, tore down the old fence (150ft), and built and stained the new one. This work included setting all new posts and the addition of a new gate. He was totally done in one day and I couldn't find a single piece of debris left behind.The house has a whole new look and we love it. We would recommend AAA Fencing to anybody and have already passed his name on to our envious neighbors!

Mr. Rey Huerta was very prompt in arriving at the scheduled time to provide me with a very reasonable estimate for the amount of work that was to be performed. Once I selected AAA Fence Pros to conduct the work, Mr. Huerta made contact and kept me informed throughout when the need arose (awaiting the proper wood shipment selected, etc.). The total job began one week from the date I selected them and the amount of work was completed within two days. The workers conducted themselves professionally, and performed their job admirably. Within the two days, my yard was left very neat and orderly and nothing was conducted that was not originally scheduled. Actually, I was amazed by the amount of work performed in such a small amount of time! Amazingly enough, they did such an exceptionally beautiful job on my fence that one of my neighbors was also thoroughly impressed and willingly paid for half of the amount of the fence on their side. Likewise, my neighbors requested an estimate to have their fence completed with the same materials as well. I am very pleased with this company and the job they completed. It is evident by the completed project that the members of this company take great pride in their work and I will gladly keep their information on file and hire them again in the future.

We chose AAA because of their rating on Angie's List and their competitive pricing, but we won't be using their services again in the future, primarily due to poor communication and responsiveness as demonstrated below. They weren't clear that we needed to provide them with the actual stain product and didn't inform us how many gallons they needed. We were under the impression that they just needed us to provide the stain color/sample. When I personally handed the small 8-ounce sample can of our chosen stain to AAA employees, they accepted it without question, said thanks, and went on their way. No looks of puzzlement, questions about the amount of stain supplied, or statements that this wasn't enough stain. Naturally, we assumed they had what they needed to complete the project. However, when they completed the replacement of the fence, they called us to inform us of this and told us that since we didn't supply enough stain, they would not be staining the fence, but would credit us with $100. We replied that we didn't accept this offer and expected them to complete the job as agreed. They then stated that there would be an additional $50 charge for them to come back out to the site. (They should have informed us that they expected us to supply all the stain product and how much when first realized the problem--not after leaving the job site!) They declined to waive the $50 charge upon our request, so we reluctantly agreed to pay this $50 to see the job to completion. A couple weeks later, they completed the staining. However, upon inspection we discovered that they only stained one side of the fence (both are very visible). Again, poor communication. We simply assumed they would be staining both sides. They should have at least asked or clarified that they would just be staining one side. At this point, we simply gave up on the possibility that AAA could complete the job to our specifications and we will have to finish it up ourselves. The project wasn't a disaster--just a very unsatisfactory experience. ________________________________________ Update on July 8, 2011 from Customer After submitting the above report to Angie's List, I received a call from the owner, Rey. He and I agreed that there were some unfortunate communication issues that cropped up during the course of the project. But he wanted to make sure that we were 100 percent satisfied. So not only did he refund the $50 charge, but he also came out and painted the interior of the fence gratis. AAA Fence Pros definitely want to make sure that their customers are happy and we will certainly consider them for future projects.

Excellent experience with AAA Fence Pros. I saw their 100% excellent ratings on Angie's List; thus, I contacted them to come and provide a quote for my fence replacement project. They were the most affordable of the 4 quotes that I received and we notified them that we selected their Company for our project. They immediately scheduled the work to start the following week on Memorial Day!. I want to highly recommend this Company for their punctuality, fast response to provide bid, work started & completed on schedule, and high quality work. Excellent overall experience! All the neighbors are requesting information so that they can get quotes too!

Requested estimate from three companies "AAA Fence Pros"' "Alvarado Fences", and "Pecos Fence Co.". AAA Fence Pros estimate was les than the other two so we selected them. Their representative advised if they were selected that they would be here within 10 work days to do the job. They were here as promised and tore the old fence down and hauled it away and put in the new fence. This took them between 51/2 and 6 hours. I was pleasently surprised at the speed and effeciency of the workers.
