Ray is the second fence company to turn down my service request. Obviously, the fence companies in San Antonio have NO CLUE when it comes to customer service. With that, I have come to a decision: The fence company that will take the time to fix my minor fence issues today will be the fence company I call when I need to invest in a completely new fence. Since Ray turned down my little service job, I will NEVER do business with AAA Fence Company.

Upset he keep calling over the original review I wrote even though I told him we were dealing with Hospice at the moment.

Work completed in 1 day. Good job of cleanup. Very pleased; did exactly what I requested. Mr. Huerta came out the day I called & gave me a contract price. Work completed 5 days later.

.Called the AAA Fence Pros owner, Rey Huerta, in early March. Rey came to our house and estimated the job within the week. Subsequently, we amended the job to include the neighbor's gate section and the job was scheduled. The job was completed as scheduled on time. Rey and his people were professional, courteous, and very capable. The workmanship was top notch. The fence looks great. We have already asked AAA Fence Pros to replace the privacy fence on the other side of our home. The AAA Fence Pros' cost was $1000 less than another company on Angie's List and their gates were only 3 1/2 feet

It was excellent. They were responsive from the get go and worked at a very fast pace. The fence looks beautiful and they cleaned up after the job was complete. The guys were courteous and professional. I would use them again.

AAA Fence Pros did and extremely great job! I sent an emailed requesting an appointment for an estimate and I got a call the same day saying they can be out the next day. When Rey arrived to do the estimated he was very professional and friendly. The job was completed in one day, they did a very good job with cleaning up the old fence, metal post, nails and other small debris. Will definitely recommend AAA Fence Pros to friends and neighbors! The fence looks great and the gate opens and closes perfectly.

Rey and the AAA Fence Pros team were very easy & pleasurable to work with. They were familiar with handling elevation changes & high-stress points across and between neighboring property lines. I called AAA Fence Pros for a quote to replace my privacy fence. In Mr. Huerta's defense, I missed our first appointment and had to reschedule with him. He was courteous about it and we rescheduled. We have a large yard (approximately 350 linear feet). The pricing per linear foot was one of the cheaper quotes that I received. My concerns came when I found he was adding additional footage to make up for it. When I challenged him on the measurements, he said that these were his measurements and that he was sticking by them, and would not remeasure ( a total of 8 ft was added). I also mentioned to him that I had a coupon for a 5% discount from Angie's list, which he said he was taking off the coupon from the web site and was no longer honoring. He may have done a good job, but because of the two issues mentioned above with the measurement and the coupon, I did not go with AAA Fence Pros.

Nothing was done, due to AAA Fence told me they only do commercial properties.

The estimate included three sides of fence, two gates and extensive tree removal along the fence line. I have worked with many contractors over the years and thought the estimate would not stay true based on the tree problem. Rey gave us an estimate. The estimate is the exact price I paid although I believe there were more trees then he thought and the fact that the old fence was crooked and his crew spoke with us and the neighbors to move it and straigten it out so that it would hold up longer. When I called Rey and let him know we wanted him to perform the services, Rey said his crew would arrive on day one and tear down two sections of the fence and cut down and remove all of the trees. He also stated that on day one his crew would install all of the posts for those two sides. Rey further explained that his crew would have both of those sides of the fence complete on day two. He then said that on day three they would tear out the fence between my home and the neighbors home and erect it in one day to cause the least disruption to two families with dogs. Rey also said his crew would show up at 9 each morning. I was shocked when Rey's crew showed up at exactly 9 am and worked steadily until each phase was done on exactly the day promised. Each night the crew cleaned up after themselves and left no mess in my yard. I was sure that there would be straggling tree limbs and branches from all of the trees they removed, and old boards and nails where they tore out the old fence. No, they cleaned up the entire mess the same day. It was perfectly safe for me to walk my dogs in the yard at the end of each day and not worry about tree limbs, nails or boards. I have worked with many contractors over the years. There are always problems and misunderstandings. Not so with AAA Fence. Rey outlined clearly exactly what he was going to do, exactly when he was going to do it, how much it would cost, and what changes in price would occur if I cose other options and there were no glitches. His crew was courteous and even removed an extra tree at the very end of the day that I thought would grow into my new fence in short order. They were clean, friendly, and patient with my four dogs barking at them from the sliding glass door constantly. I cannot say one negative thing about the experience. And might I add that after day one when they tore out the two sections of fence, a rabbit came into my yard and had three baby rabbits inside the fence line and hid them just under the ground cover. I never knew they were there nor would I have spotted them. The crew immediately informed me and showed me their location so that I could move them to a safe place before my dogs got at them. They could have ignored it and fenced those babies in. Yes, its a small thing but my dogs bringing in dead baby rabbits would have broken my heart. So, not only are Rey and his crew professional and efficient, they also have a heart. I will recommend AAA Fence and Rey to anyone who needs a fencing professional.

Sounded like a good company, but his prices were too high. I got the same deal from another company for $600 less.

In response to an e-mail sent to the owner, Rey Huerta, via AAA's website, Rey contacted us on February 8th and arranged to come out that day to provide us an estimate to replace our portion of our wood privacy fence (the fence is a "Good Neighbor" fence, with pickets alternating by 8' section to face one house, and then facing the neighboring house in the next section). The estimate appeared reasonable, and considering Angie's List's customer reviews and Super Service Awards for the company, and AAA's A+ rating on the BBB, we signed the contract to have the fence repair/replacement done. True to his word, Rey called us the next day and coordinated to have the work done the following Tuesday, February 12th, with his workers scheduled to arrive at 9am. On the 12th, Rey's 3-man team arrived at 8:45am, and we reviewed the work to be done. The team immediately began unloading the tools and materials for the job, and were impressive in the coordinated and quick removal of the old fence sections and the installation of the new sections, the new gate, and the new end panel. The new sections included the installation of 3 horizontal support rails, 2" x 4" pine, which replaced the less sturdier 1.5" x 2.5" rails used in the fence's original installation, a sound upgrade championed by Rey. The team used measuring string to ensure the top of the pickets were exactly and evenly aligned, and were completely successful in having the pickets perfectly aligned and even. The job was completely done by 12:30pm., and the work site was thoroughly and completely cleaned. Even though the team used nail guns, there were no nails found on the ground, which would have posed a risk to our dog and visiting small grandchildren.

AAA Fence Pros did a great job! I received a very quick and fair estimate. Installation took 2 days and the crew was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I've recommended them to other neighbors needing similar services! Quality materials and construction.

Rey was very professional and friendly when he arrived for the estimate. He explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. He gave me a written estimate and we set up a date "on the spot." Today, a good sized crew arrived with two trucks and two trailers. I showed them the estimate, which included a drawing, and they promptly got to work. The entire process took about 6 hours. The fence is beautiful and the gates work perfectly.

I called AAA Fence Pros for an estimate, and Rey came out within 24 hours. I explained that our fence had gotten damaged due to an accident caused by a company that was here to do some other type of work. I also explained that I was planning to get at least one other estimate. Rey examined the damaged fence and explained that the 2 posts on each side of the gate were actually broken, down in the part buried in the ground. (I later got a second estimate, and the other company agreed with the assessment about the broken posts.) Rey seemed knowledgeable about the fence and the materials. He gave me an estimate but stated that he did not want to repair the fence but rather wanted to replace that section where the gate was. One reason for this was because the pickets on the fence were about 7 years old and that it would be just as much work for his crew to remove the old posts and replace them as it would be to just install new pickets. His estimate for replacing the 17 foot section of fence and gate was $570. He said if he were to repair the fence and gate, he would have to charge a job minimum of around $250. In his opinion, it was not worth it to me or to his company to just do the repair. I told him I would be getting a second estimate before making a decision. When I got the second estimate, the other company was willing to just do the repair. We really just needed the repair at this time, so we went with the other company.

AAA came out and did the work in one business day. I never even met them, which was fine with me. The quality of work was satisfactory, so I mailed them the check. Easy and efficient.

I received an estimate in the afternoon and my new fence was installed the next morning. Quality work, professional, reasonable and I am very pleased with my brand new fence. I would highly recommend AAA Fence Pros.

They were very prompt in coming out to give a quote. The estimate for both the amount and date to install met our needs. They started exactly on time and had estimated 4 days to complete, but actually were done in 3. The owner came out to meet for a final review, and everything was perfect. He then did a final tally on the materials, and the final price was lower than his original estimate, this is an honest and hard working group.

Spoke with the gentleman at the number provided. He stated he was busy at that time but would call me back to set up a time to come over and give us a bid for the replacement of our fence. He never returned my call so I hired another fence company.
