Went very well I signed the contract on Friday so Rey would have time to get the permit and the workers were here the following Monday morning and got right to work and finished in one day as promised. The cleaned up and hauled away all of the old fencing and left everything spotless, The new fence looks great!

This job was the best experience I have ever had with contractors. Everything was done to specs, they were on time, lowest bid but with all the quality as anyone could have had, respectful, I even changed my mind on something after they were completed and they came back and back on there own time and at no extra cost..... Very very happy and wish I could give them more than an A+

Doug Meiske had built the fences around our neighborhood tennis and pool club. He came out and did the initial measuring, then sent me pictures; I had to ask him to come back two more times because I changed the layout and design. He drove by Hardberger Park to inspect the dog park fence there for me after I decided that was what I wanted. He was extremely patient and gave me his input regarding the design of the fence. I had initially wanted a wrought iron fence, but it was too expensive. This fence fits my needs and esthetics. My dogs are happy, we are happy. Thank you Doug and AAA Fence Pros.

Using the Angie's List recommendations and information I contacted Rey Huerta the owner of AAA Fence Pros in late August 2013 to discuss our need for a new privacy fence. He was able to come by the next day for the information he would need to present an estimate. Rey arrived right on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful in providing me with all the information I needed to make decisions about options. Rey said he would send the estimate via email in three days and it arrived as scheduled. The estimate seemed very fair and competitive and included everything I had ask for. He also included a diagram of the fence with specifications and this was especially helpful when I submitted the request for approval to the Architectural Control Committee of our Homeowners Association. I received the approval within a week after submitting my request. I notified Rey that the approval was granted and we set a date of October 7th for the work. Rey and I communicated by email often and he answered every question that popped up in my mind before the work began. On October 7th Rey and the crew arrived right on time and immediately started to work taking down the old fence. I was introduced to the person in charge for the day in case I had any questions or concerns. The first day the old fence was taken down and loaded onto a truck and the holes for the galvanized post were dug, concrete poured and the post set. The second day the same crew arrived and immediately began work on installing the pickets. Every crew member was friendly, courteous, polite and knowledgeable about their particular assignment for the day. The second day the crew was on time and started right to work on building the double fence at the back, top rails, gates and gate hardware. I wanted a reliable but quick way to lock my gates and Rey provided exactly what I wanted. The last thing was the application of the stain on both sides. I wasn't sure at first that I wanted the stain on the fence but I'm so glad Rey recommended it! Not only does it provide a degree of protection for the wood but it really brings out the natural color and patterns of the Cedar pickets. When the crew finished on the last day they spent quite a bit of time making sure everything on both sides of the fence was cleaned up. Except for my beautiful new fence it appears no one was ever even there. I was really dreading this project but Rey Huerta and his crew at AAA Fence Pros made it enjoyable and stress-free. It's always a pleasurable experience when you have professionals who enjoy their work and do not mind answering questions, making suggestions and delivering exactly what you ask for on time! The provider was on time with crew. Very courteous employees and very eager to please. Crew showed up and immediately went to work to start the job about a half of an hour ahead of schedule. I am completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and would definitely recommend them.

Ray was very responsive and easy to work with. The workers that came out to do the job were professional and did a great job. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted AAA Fence Pros by email on July 3, 2013. Mr. Huerta responded on July 5, since it was the 4th of July holiday. He accommodated me on a time to do the estimate for replacing a basket weave fence. The appraiser that came out was Mr. Doug Mieske. He was very professional and amiable. The appraisal was faxed to me within two days for a 6' high cedar picket fence, 6" pickets, with three rail enforcement, The total footage was 132 ft. The estimate for completion was one day. I didn't have the work done until September 5, due to approval by my Homeowners Association and me going on a cruise. The crew showed up at 9:00 a.m. and tore down the old fence and replaced all posts and nailed each picket individually. All the work was done by 3:30. These gentlemen did a fantastic job and cleaned up the area before they left. They definitely have the system down and the work is beautiful. I can tell you it was not easy since my backyard has a slope. The fence looks great and I have had several people in the neighborhood ask who did the work, which I gladly gave them the information for AAA Fence Pros. I will try to attach photos if I can so that you can see for yourself the great job AAA Fence Pros did.

Rey from AAA Fence Pros came out to my house and gave me an estimate on replacing our old privacy fence. In addition to replacing the original fence, the new fence was to be extended 12 feet, and we wanted an additional gate added to the other side of the house. Rey gave me the estimate and told me what his crew was going to do and how long it was going to take. I thought that his time estimate was aggressive. I was doubtful at first because our neighbor had his fence replaced and it took four days! All during this time our back yard was exposed and we were not happy with that. When I asked the owner of that other fence company about the delay, he blamed it on the rocky ground. He said they could tear down and rebuild in one day. He explained how they were going to accomplish this, and it sounded plausible. The crew from AAA Fence Pros came promptly on the day they were scheduled and at the time they were scheduled. Everything went just as Rey described. The crew tore down the old fence in the morning, dug the new post holes and set the new posts. Then they went to lunch while the fast setting concrete hardened around the new posts. After lunch, they started putting the rest of the fence together and constructed the two gates. Rey said they would be through by 4:30 pm, and by 4:15 pm I was conducting a visual inspection with his crew leader. I thought they did a great job. I should have written the review above sooner, but I didn't. However, this part of the review is actually a follow up. After a couple of months my wife noticed that one of the gates had about a one inch gap between the boards of the gate and the boards of the fence. Also, one of the boards on the back part of the fence looked cracked. The other gate was difficult to open and close because it was rubbing at the top. I sent Rey an email with some photos, and a request that he call me. He emailed me back in only ten minutes! I saw his reply and he was ready to send his crew back to fix what was needed. We set the time, they came back, and within few minutes everything was fixed to perfection! AAA Fence Pros are an outstanding company that I will recommend to anyone and everyone.

I solicited bids to replace my 20 year old fence from three of the top rated fence vendors on Angie's list and I went with AAA Fence Pros. Rey Huerta came to my house to prepare the bid and came again on the first day of the job to go through everything again before the crew got started on their work. The bid had sufficient details to get through my homeowner association Architectural Control Committee. The work was scheduled as soon as I got their approval. The job took two days. The first day the old fence was removed and the post for the new fence were put into place. The second day the new fence panels were put in. The crew showed up on time each morning and finished each day when they said they would. The crew worked together well and were very organized. They worked very systematically from one side of my yard to the other. On the first day they laid all the old fence in my front yard. On the second day they loaded the old fence on to their truck and hauled it off. At the end of the second day, my new fence was up and working and looked very nice. I will use AA Fence Pros again and I would recommend them to others looking to get their fence replaced or repaired.

Dominion replaced 174' of fence.They hauled off old fencing and posts. New post were put in aprox every 8'. Even the gate hardware is top quality. I would recommed them. I had tried two other contractors but one never called back, the other called back after Dominion had already started.

From the beginning, when Rey came to measure the yard and discuss our options, we sensed that he knew what he was talking about. He helped us decide important details we had not considered. For example, we wanted the lower cedar rail to touch the ground so the weed eater would not damage the wire as it had with our prior, poorly built, fence. Rey advised that the rail would rot being that low because, when it rained, it would sit in standing water. He also assured us that, because the wire was heavy gauge, it would not be compromised by the weed eater. Since our yard is very rocky, we were pleased that he could bury the wire six inches into the ground to help prevent our dogs from digging under the fence. His crew was efficient and answered questions as they arose. Rey was excellent at overseeing the entire project and was able to reassure us in more detail on questions we presented to his crew. After the project had been completed, there were some details that needed attention. Rey came, instead of sending someone, and put the final touches on the fence. Rey and his crew were fast, efficient, respectful, experienced, and professional. My advice is hire Rey!

The work was done quickly and the contractor worked with our schedule. The fence looks good and even though it matches the neighborhood fencing it appears to be superior in material and construction.

Excellent. Crew showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked efficiently all day and finished in one day. Crew took special care not to disturb neighbors' plants as they removed the old fence. They even replaced a non-functional gate latch on one neighbor's side. In addition, the owner Rey returned the next day to replace my front gate latch to a different style (I had decided after the crew had left that a different latch was what I needed). The crew cleaned the yard and hauled away the old fence. I asked Rey how he got into the business. He learned the basics from his dad, earned a college business degree, and decided he wanted to own his own business. He makes a point to use full-time employees. I heartily endorse this young San Antonio entrepreneur.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! Rey was outstanding and so was his crew. They were professional and their workmanship outstanding. I am so pleased and I'm not easily pleased but this was a wonderful experience and surpassed my expectations. I love my fence, excellent job. I also want to thank Angie's List otherwise I may never have found AAA Fence Pros. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for fencing. Entire fence taken down and replaced in 4 hrs. Great work.

The estimator showed up promptly and quickly completed the professional written estimate. The work was scheduled for one week later. The crew showed up timely and completed the work exactly as promised. They even removed and hauled away a small section of fence for an old dog run free of charge. The new fence and gates are solidly constructed. They honored my Angie's List coupon for one free gate even though I forgot to ask about it during the estimate. The only negative in the whole transaction was the 3% fee for paying with a credit card...which pretty much offset the free gate. I was, however, able to pay over the phone after the job was finished and was not required to be there while the work was done. I would definitely use them again.

Very responsive and provided free quote. Accomodated schedule to start earlier than available. On day of work, showed early and knocked out the job quickly. Minor glitch with size of boards requested, but Rey was quick to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. Very straight forward job - quick - efficient. Will definately use again.

I had called 2 other fence companies in addititon to AAA. The others NEVER call me back. I called AAA and left a message. Within 1 hour Rey called me back, made an appointment to come look at the fence & give me a quote. He arrived on the day promised and even got there a little early. He gave me his bid & told me they could do the work the next week. I ok'd the work and in a few days it started raining. Rey stayed in touch with me, explaining that the rain caused them to get behind, and promised to call back. He did just that. They did the work one day while I was at work and when I got home, other than a new gate & fence, it was as though no one had even been there. They cleaned up any mess or materials they may have had and the fence and gate are beautiful. I would use them again and I have already referred them to my neighbor. She was impressed with the work as well.

The workers were here on time and completed the work in one day in spite of rain. The cost was reasonable, the work is excellent and the site was clean and neat after completion. They were careful not to harm plants and the part of the sprinkler system located there. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

The fencers were professional and cleaned up after themselves well. They communicated well to resolve any questions. They did a great job! The fence looks better than the one the builder just built.

I played phone tag w/ Rey for a few days, but when we finally got in touch, I was unavailable for the day that he could come. I asked if it was possible to come over with me not being home and he said he could go over and email me the estimate. I was happy with that, because I didn't have to wait longer than necessary. Once I received the estimate via email, I was very happy with the competitive price. Another company had given me a ridiculous estimate and practically laughed that he had to drive all the way over to my house for a "30 foot fence". I had a few questions about the fence, since I hadn't spoken with him in person and he answered all of my questions. My backyard fence was at an angle and the way that our houses are built made the fence sit directly on the ground on my neighbors side, while on my side, railroad ties are stacked up 3 levels and then my fence starts there. After my questions were answered, (super fast response...like literally within just a few minutes of my email) I just signed the estimate and emailed it back to him. A few days later it was scheduled. I was given an estimate on the time it would take to complete, one of the workers let me know they would be using my electricity and the water, and they were finished way before I had originally thought it would take. I am extremely happy with the quality of the workers, the fence, and the cleanup. My next door neighbor even commented that my fence looked beautiful. I'm very happy with this company, thanks for making it so easy to business with.
